The restaurant was lovely but the service wasn’t on par! I had heard so many good things about this place and just wasn’t truly satisfied with it. BUT the cannolis were great 😌!

Good food reasonable prices.

I took my daughter here for lunch on a Tuesday There was no wait time for a table. The tasty food was fresh and deliciously homemade. The baked clams were awesome! We had shrimp parmesan, and chicken wrap. Compliments to the chef it shows he truly cares. Made in -house tiramisu is outstanding.

The manager is always on his phone, there's no bartender so he fills in the position. Bar pizza is horrible when I requested light cheese and sauce and it wasn't followed with request. The pizza dough was tasteless. Rolheli manager needs to be working on greeting customers and going to tables to make sure everything is alright being attentive and offering customer service and also checking the food as an expediter bc I saw a lot of send backs and runner wasn't directed where food goes.
I've been coming here for 3 years and Walter, Shane and Will were so great. Mary the waitress that is the waitress there, she's amazing. Just very bad management and operations. I will not be returning.

8/27/2025 I came in planning on making a reservation for dinner for 2. To try it out again. When I walked in, no greeting, no one at the host desk. Stood there for 10-15 mins and nothing. The hospitality and customer service has gone down terribly.

My husband , me and my two brother in laws had a Great dining experience here the food was excellent. We had mussles in white wine broth. We had rigatoni , spaghetti with shrimp and broccoli rabe with pasta. Everything was delicious. We highly recommend the mussles!!
The Italian cheesecake and tiramisu and crème brûlée were delicious!
Everything is very pleasant eating here, comfortable, and the service was great. The people are very friendly.!

Ruggero’s Family Style Restaurant is great. The lobster ravioli is delicious, and my husband really enjoyed his homemade ravioli with meatballs. The service was friendly and attentive. A really nice place for a good meal!

Went on a Monday had the dinner special which is a fantastic 3 course meal with drink included. They skimp neither on quality or quantity - you will have leftovers most likely and ample time to shoot the breeze with their friendly staff.

I ordered two linguine white clam sauce, dear God, those clams and the pasta had more sand than bathing Hollow Beach so yeah chef watch the clams. Good people don’t eat Send

I have driven by so many times. So glad I finally decided to go there for a late lunch. The food was delicious. The price was reasonable, staff great.. and you can get the lunch menu up until 4:00 on weekdays... bonus
