Staff extremely friendly and enthusiastic. The cafe gives a nostalgic feel and is very clean. The shakes as they warn you are highly addictive

I recently went to tweets and was blown away by both the service and the icecream. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. The servers were attentive without being intrusive, and they had great knowledge of the menu, offering helpful suggestions that really enhanced our experience.
As for the icecream wow! Each one was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. the flavors were perfectly balanced. We particularly loved the espresso rush which was a standout. Coffee and vanilla ice cream is the best ♥️

Went there with my kiddo and he loved the traditional sundae! We love this place so much. Also nice seeing young kids working and trying to help the busy clients .

Wow, the shakes, the ice cream…?. We did a mommy/kids day with my friend and our three olds. After a nice day at Fink’s with the kids we came to the Shoppe’s specifically to get ice cream. The kids got scoops of strawberry and cotton candy and my friend and I got mint chip and peanut butter shakes. 10/10 highly recommend and the owner is so nice!

Only place in town that have boba, tried their flavors and im a fan of the passion fruit boba that they make with jasmin tea. A must try also service was awesome- friendly staff.

Sad that they cannot seem to open at a consistent time listed on their website. Tried twice on two different days to visit. Not worth trying again if they can’t manage to follow their own hours.

Yesterday I went into the store at around 7pm to buy an ice cream cake that was in the freezer case. I picked up the undisclosed type of cake and was taking a chance it was the generic vanilla and chocolate, which it was and very little crunches in middle. I took the cake in the box to the one and only employee working and asked him to write happy birthday Mom on the cake. I was told it's a special order and the person that writes on the cakes is not in today. I stated then why have the cakes in the freezer buy if this is a real ice cream shop. I was told they keep ice cream cakes in the freezer so "people then know we sell ice cream cakes" I really think that is the most rediculous thing I have heard. Why dont you then just put a sign saying we sell overpriced $43 ice cream cakes. I bought the cake cause I didn't want to loose more time and go to King Kullen. I also know another family at our party that won't go back to your establishment. This is what happens when you shop small business. ugh ..
The store was very dirty as well. The machines were disgusting. If you dont want a bad review then do the locals right and not take advantage.

Everything we asked for (everything was clearly on the menu and we didn’t ask for any changes) the person behind the counter didn’t know how to make. She was the only worker.
