Watermark of Wading River

Went here for a birthday party for my 93 year old mother in law.. The staff could not have been any more accommodating or professional.. Extremely friendly and really did a fantastic job. A great experience .And the food was excellent.. Generous portions at a reasonable price..

We started visiting Watermark for brunch one weekend and we haven’t missed a weekend since. The brunch menu is insanely delicious so we decided to venture there for dinner one Friday night. The bartender Nick made every cocktail amazingly. Our server Connor was attentive and down to earth. The owner checked im us multiple times. As much as we would love to keep Watermark as our little secret everyone should know how good this place is.

Great food and service! Our waiter Conner was excellent and his recommendations were spot on. For apps we had the burrata, the short rib quesidilla and the baked clams...all delicious. For dinner we had the Chicken Cordon Bleu, the mussels, the February salad and Braised short rib. My husband said that was the best Chicken Cordon Bleu he has had in his entire life! Tartufo and Chocolate Mousse Cake for dessert and the Watermark Martini did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

November 17th 2024 -

Fairly packed, so be prepared. We had reservation and arrived 7 minutes after 11 am opening and a little table work but had a good 4 top/hi top at the bar. Packed by the time we left!!

Connor was simply world class waiter and the bus servers and the well played one defense from other servers was exceptional. Attentive but not pesky.

The food was as expected terrific. As a hobbyist food critical, I reviewed over 30 restaurants for breakfast excellence in FL

The classic eggs Benedict here would.habe been a top 5 finisher in Florida. And you can get it eight here in Long Island!!!!

Eggs were textbook and perfect. Ham and muffin cooked.perfecy and arrived hot with exact amount of hollandaise sauce that was smooth and silky.

Other breakfasts were also great.

Multi grain bread great. On dish had some burnt pieces. No.biggy. the hash browns/potatoes, we a little cool / room temp, again just some attention of delivery or kitchen exit.

Place is surgical operating room clean tableware, rest rooms, floors, tables, glassware...etc like.they opened yesterday!! Truly impressive.

Had my mom's surprise 80th bday there. The food was amazing and the staff was OUTSTANDING! They were on top of everything and they were extremely friendly. The atmosphere made it feel like you were at home with your friends and family. I honestly cannot complain about anything. I am recommending this restaurant to everyone.
