I ordered through DoorDash this morning and the wrong order was delivered, which was an error on the drivers part. I called the deli and they were so nice, understanding, accommodating, and apologetic, even thought it wasn’t their fault. They made it right by putting together a fresh order, throwing in some cookies for the kids and even let me keep the wrong order I was sent. What a great display of professionalism, integrity and customer service. The food was delicious...
Best bagel in the area hands down. Great lunch sandwiches as well. Solid portions & great community vibe. An easy go to for breakfast or lunch. My favorite is the homecoming hero, the bee sting & any wrap is two meals for most. Great ownership. If we could give 6 stars we would. Thank you Wildcat Deli!
