I don't say this lightly, but do not order here. You are better off driving to the next pit stop. The service is terrible, they are rude, the food us bad, and they choose the dinner rush to swap the cash register, taking 30+ minutes to do so and not accepting cash at all. I could have made my own food at the closed Chick-fil-A faster than I was served, and I still would have gotten my food faster and better.

Rotting red haired lady with glasses working the register told my mother that they had the fish sandwhich. Therefore, my mother went to stand on the line for 35 minutes. After she gets to the front, the kiosk doesn't have the fish sandwhich. So she goes back to the same lady to ask if they had the fish sandwhich. She said no they don't carry it. My mom said you just told me that you had it. Then she said I never said such a thing. She needs to be fired and placed in a nursing home where she belongs.

Hey, it's a fast food establishment, if the food is tasty, the right temp and the service (by a real person, not some impersonal automated kiosk like McDonalds and Wendy's) is fast and friendly, what more can you ask for? In addition, BK is one of the few that still give out great coupons so your meal is also priced reasonably. I think they're the best deal in town.

Parking: Plenty of parking and easy in and out since they're right at a traffic light.

Kid-friendliness: They still have an indoor playground that the grand kids love!

Website says open to 12 AM closed by 9:47 PM. Employee yelled were closed before I could even read the sign on their kiosk. Always a displeasure coming to this overpriced garbage location.

Horrible place. i am a trucker and like to stop at a burger king so this place is my go to option. The customer service is nonexistent, 1 guy is doing all the work while the others are walking around talking and doing nothing. i felt bad for the guy!

the order machine needs improvements. it doesnt give u the option to get a fanta, you choose " fountain drink" and without you knowing it, it choose coke.

If you want somebody to take your order, good luck! they will ignore you.

Know what is worse than spending 17.00 on a burger? Getting on the highway and realizing your burger is made completely wrong and everyone else in the car got cold food.

Let be back up a few steps.....because this place is a complete disaster.

We came in and attempted to use the self serve screens. The screen wouldn't allow us to order a 4pc kids meal because it was "out of stock" but 6pc meals were in stock. It also said the onion rings were out of stock. There was a lady at the register next to us who we asked why this was like this, she shrugged her shoulders.

I asked if we could order from her, she agreed to take our order.

Well this was quite unpleasant as well. Constant goans, eye rolls, and complete irritation while we placed our 63.00 order.

After all this, our order is wrong, and....cold.

The worst part is, you can't even just pull a u turn on the free way to make them fix it. So you are stuck with disappointment.

All in all this place gets two thumbs down.

I want a refund for the meals we were screwed out of.
