“Hey, it's a fast food establishment, if the food is tasty, the right temp and the service (by a real person, not some impersonal automated kiosk like McDonalds and Wendy's) is fast and friendly, what more can you ask for? In addition, BK is one of the few that still give out great coupons so your meal is also priced reasonably. I think they're the best deal in town.

Parking: Plenty of parking and easy in and out since they're right at a traffic light.

Kid-friendliness: They still have an indoor playground that the grand kids love!“

“No frills burger joint, the milk shake is pretty good, the fries in the paper bag are amazing with a choice of Mayo, ketchup or malt vinegar. Burger was made exactly how I like it. A rare treat after working 2 shifts.

Parking: Plenty of parking in front and side of 5 Guys storefront.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are located at ground level m, very easy wheelchair access.“

Ruby Tuesday in Middletown, NY is wonderful and not just the salad bar!! Server Vikki is a delight to have take care of us. She is always pleasant, friendly, kind. Always has a smile on her face. “Kennedy Fried chicken food is excellent. When I used to live in Middletown randomly I would often visit this location. Done this for a number of years. Since moved but every now and then on special occasion when coming into town I would stop in to grab a bit to eat. Always enjoyed their chicken and foods. My favorites are the gyros and 9 and 15 and 21 pieces just chicken as well the wing zings could make multiple meals out of this. Very consistent with flavors and juiciness freshness of chicken. Also like the hot sauce that comes with it. Even with rising costs of everything all over the place. Food prices at Kennedy Fried Chicken does match the quality and portions!! Dang just writing this review here has me craving for some fried chicken now! Aw Snap! Got Dang it!! Lol! Whoo!?“

Kid-friendliness: It was a fantastic experience thanks to our very attentive and experienced server. She immediately took our order for our starving children, made sure it came out first. We were able to order our dinner and appetizers and enjoy them thanks ro her. The drinks were first rate, food were not only generous portions but also delicious and prepared well.

“Clean place with moderately friendly service & ample parking.

Food taste is consistently good.
Atmosphere is clean. Not many places to sit & eat in.

For small orders, the service is quick. Large orders are cooked to order. They do a lot of business so food is fresh either way. Salads are plain, basically some iceberg lettuce & a few veggies.

Prices are reasonable.

Only 4 stars due to quality control: 1) Chicken wings, while meatier & less greasy that surrounding places, has occasional feathers. 2) Also ordered a 12 piece wings & got 11. Normally get 12 ( once or twice 13).

Still would recommend. Not sure if suitable for strict vegetarians since quality control isn't the best

“Food is pretty nasty, breakfast sandwich taste like grill hasn't been cleaned. But the biggest issue is the owner Amber herself, she recently bought garage next door, so I brought my car to get an oil change and my car then started stalling, I went back to talk to the mechanic that worked on it for more information and she interrupted her own employee speaking loudly almost screaming over the mechanic. She was giving me her diagnosis. Even though she's not a mechanic and didn't work on my car. "I asked her if she had worked on my car" and that set her off, she started screaming nonsense, claiming that "I was giving her a look" and also said " I better not give her that look again" She's very aggressive. Worst customer service I have ever seen by a business owner. I highly don't recommend this place because the food is bad and the car service isn't up to standards. My car was damaged under their care and instead of trying to make it right she gets defensive and aggressive. So I am taking this issue to small claims court to solve this matter. But as warning to anyone else don't bring your vehicle to this mechanic.“

“Jesters restaurant and pub is a great place to stop off for a decent dinner, lunch or drink while your kids are going bananas at the Castle Fun Center. Decent food and drinks..theres an ax throwing thing in the bar that looked like a lot of fun but like everything else at this whole establishment, it will cost an arm and a leg.“

“Ordered out from here using Uber Eats because i felt like ice cream for National Ice Cream Day, which was on Sunday July 21st 2024. Order came fresh and ready. A Little melted, but that's okay, cause i believe my driver had some other orders to deliver. Besides it was still frozen and delicous! “Wow!! This has to be the cleanest BK I've ever visited. It's like it just opened. No dust anywhere, no spilled soda or fries anywhere. The floors are absolutely spotless. I give great credit to this manager. He or she knows how to run his/her ship. The food was super fresh and hot. Service was impeccable. Only critique I would give is this new kiosk ordering system is new to get use to. It's not what we're use to so that is unique. I am coming back to only this Bk from now on. Highly recommend.“

“Ordered out from here using Uber Eats on Saturday April 20th 2024 at around 8:00PM. I decided to order from here because i wanted to try the frozen cotton candy drink, and didn't want work food. Order was easy to get and delivered quickly. I ordered the frozen cotton candy drink and a impossible burger with just onion. Order came correctly, and was very tasty! Loved both the burger and the drink, and perhaps will come in person or order out again soon!“

THE GOOD: Coffee is always good, if you dine in I found there’s free refills still & wifi. Which is nice. Food is always hot and typical of Micky Ds offerings. The fries are always perfect, lots of salt like we love! They do fast well. They always get my order correct. The staff is pleasant & professional. The dining area is always clean and the new updates are great.

THE SHAMELESS: Nothing much to add here, honestly. They are really the only drive thru fast food in town so they do get packed during rush hours.
