I was at service area on the NYS thruway that happens to ha e a Chick-fil-A. I did not eat at it because I do NOT like their food. The one urem I used to like from their chain, they stopped making. Their coleslaw was delicious.

Shrinkflation. Ten piece chicken strip. Used to eat 3 or 4 then eat more later. Ate all 10. Still good but bullshit small.

Stopped here on a road trip and had a great experience! I ordered the Deluxe Burger with waffle fries. Tasted fresh and loved the fries a lot. The Chick-fil-A sauce was a nice addition.
The staff were fantastic—super friendly, patient while I decided what to order, and even cracked some jokes that made the visit fun. The rest stop itself was also really nice, with plenty of space to relax and take a break. Definitely one of the better stops I’ve been to—would happily come back!
