Awesome spot with great food and margaritas!Brought my mom and dad here for some lunch and I already want to come back for more. The salsa was tasty with a nice rolling spice, the guacamole was also tasty, and for the main course we got enchiladas mole poblano and street tacos with steak and all we're very tasty and just what I'd hope from a spot like this. The enchiladas were nice and cheesy, the chicken inside was soft and seasoned, the street taco steak was cooked with onions that were nicely caramelized, and the rice was also really good and wasn't mushy or instant rice tasting like some other spots. Portions were excellent and price was fair.

I just wanted to say how much we love this little local place we have. However my wife and I are in agreement that our food last night didn't have much flavor like in the past. Maybe the chef was changed or they were too busy and the food got rushed out? We don't know but willl give it another try soon. Come on guys......spice it up again! You got to Frank it up! ?

We had high hopes for this local restaurant. Unfortunately the service was inattentive – our waiter seemed uninterested, and water refills were neglected. Worse, the food was a letdown. My shrimp fajitas lacked flavor, the beef taco was bland, and even the guacamole was uninspired. To top it off, soggy fries tasted of old grease, and fruit flies in a margarita were a truly unpleasant surprise. Overall, this wasn't the enjoyable Mexican meal we'd hoped for. We will not be back.Dietary restrictions: During our visit, we informed our waiter of a severe dairy allergy in our family and requested a check with the chef about a particular dish. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up from the waiter, leaving us uneasy about the safety of the meal.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly atmosphere.

My family and I recently visited this new Mexican restaurant in Wallkill and, while we had high hopes, there were several areas that could greatly benefit from improvement. Firstly, the service needs attention. Our waiter was quite abrupt and didn't check in on us, leaving our water glasses empty throughout our meal. A friendlier approach and more attentive service would significantly enhance the dining experience. Regarding the food, the flavor profiles need refining. The shrimp fajitas lacked the vibrant and rich flavors typically associated with Mexican cuisine. The beef taco and guacamole were both bland, and could be improved with fresher ingredients and more authentic seasoning. An important note on allergies: we informed our waiter about a severe dairy allergy in our family, but there was no follow-up to reassure us about our meal's safety. Clear communication in such situations is crucial for customer trust and safety. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved, as evidenced by the fruit flies around our table and in my wife's margarita. Regular and thorough cleaning, especially in dining areas, would greatly enhance the overall ambiance and customer comfort. The fries, which were soggy and tasted of old grease, suggest a need for fresher cooking oil and better preparation methods. In summary, while the potential for a great dining experience exists, focusing on customer service, food flavor enhancement, attention to dietary needs, and overall cleanliness could significantly elevate the restaurant's standing and ensure a more enjoyable experience for future customers.

Overall a great experience. The food was excellent. We went on a Friday night so it was super busy but the service was still really good. Highly recommend.

Ordered take out. Guy at the counter said they messed up my order by making me a pork burrito instead of a beef burrito. Then proceeds to say he was just kidding. I thought that was weird.Damn burrito was the size of a football. All rice and lettuce filler. Literally two tablespoons of beef. 18 bucks. Rip off.

In a location with few options its great to have this restaurant. Basic tex-mex style so all can get something for the most part to cover their dietary needs. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. Went on a tuesday and it was pretty poppin with a small wait.
