We visited Kacey’s cafe on Monday, June 16, 2024, after checking out the place online and seeing a5.0 rating. Because we were just passing through and.not familiar with the area we went and was not impressed at all with the food nor service. First of all the woman who took our order was not professional nor pleasant. She acted as if she didn’t want to wait on us. She wrote our orders in a scratch pad and after taking the orders did not wash her hands before handling the meats for our sandwiches. The chicken in my wrap was too greasy and not tasty at all. I usually do not give bad reviews but I will never eat anything from there again nor recommend that any of my friends do. ~VW

Great authentic delicious food. Owner is very friendly and a real human being! Do not miss the opportunity to eat here. One of a kind experience. Real home cooked potatoes for breakfast. Best breakfast in the Hudson Valley!

Kacey's has been a staple in Wallkill for decades. Perfect for a quick breakfast - sausage or bacon with egg on a roll, etc. Always quick and very friendly service.

Pleasant surprise! Small, deli-like storefront, no bathroom, not glamorous at all. Food is freshly prepared and well done! Try a crunch wrap or an omelet.
Kid-friendliness: Bagel sandwiches were a huge hit. Freshly made dessert options looked delish

We had my boys over for breakfast and my son recommended ordering from Kacey’s. I ordered our sandwiches and they were delicious and were ready quickly. I highly recommend Kacey’s cafe.

If you're traveling through the area, don't go out of your way. I did and it wasn't worth it. Grill was off at 10:45, no menu board, could be cleaner.

The avocado crunch wrap (avocado, bacon, egg, cheese, and hash brown on a wrap) was delicious. The owner was lovely.

Been here a few times. Was decent. Used to get coffee there almost every morning. After nicely mentioning to the owner that lids for the coffee cups were flimsy and would spill hot coffee almost every time i finished my commute to work, she did not respond with a solution. Today was my offical last time there. After 6 weeks of being on a clean no take out life changing diet and nutrition plan i decided to splurge today and order a turkey blt wrap. As stated on the menu it comes with fries or onion rings. I opted for neither and asked if i could perhaps have a small side salad instead, the owner said we have wilted lettuce today and i chose not to have it. Im glad she told me before putting it on my wrap. I asked nicely for a little bit of a discount since i didnt want a side which is my choice but i figured it was worth a shot..she said its the same price..i accepted and paid. Had one bite of the wrap and the bacon was ice cold. I brought it back in and nicely told her. She took apart the wrap and put the bacon on the grill for 30 seconds..resulting in now warm mushy bacon. I am not here to make this place sound bad but i just wanted to share this experience. Thank you for your time and good luck
