I just visited the Plattekill Starbucks drive-thru and I’m mad myself for not getting the cashiers name because he was so patient and kind with me while figuring out my order! He made me the best Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso that I’ve ever had!

I went to Starbucks and ordered a wrap and a sandwich. While they were making the sandwich they used the same tongs they used on cheese even after I told them I have a dairy allergy. I wasn't able to eat it due to the fact I have a severe dairy allergy. When I was waiting for my wrap I saw one of the workers put it in, it started beeping that it was done. One of the workers proceeded to walk over and open it and close it without even taking it out. After around 2 minutes another worker opened it just to see it was burnt. When they finally got around to giving me my order they only gave me the sandwich, which I couldn't even eat. I didn't even ask about where the wrap went. I would recommend saving your time and going elsewhere, I always go to Starbucks, but this was just disappointing.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The man who took our order had a really bad attitude. We ordered four items in total and waited almost 40 minutes. It delayed our schedule, so we had to eat in the car. Even a regular coffee and a sliced walnut loaf took 20 minutes. We asked the man twice, but he just told us to keep waiting and was very rude. The latte tasted awful — it was basically all milk. Very disappointing.

worst experience ever. I know they won’t even care , coz they only do one time business. People just stopping by , they need the drink . But I still wanna to say this is worst Starbucks ever!!!!! Worst drink worst service!

For a rest stop you think they would be faster. Had to drive off after waiting 10 min for 1 drink with crying kids in the car because the person screamed through the intercom and then proceeded to rush our order but no rush to make it. Definitely would not recommend stopping here for a coffee

For some reason this Starbucks is unable to make good coffee. Americano tasted burnt and the drip coffee tasted like dirty water.
