The customer service and staff were amazing. Marks has very consistent pizza at every location. I am not a big fan of that style pizza personally, but it is quality and consistent if thats the style you like. So I won't give the food a star rating because I realize it's just my preference and not a reflection of the actual food quality.

I had ordered pizza and wings for my family and delivery took 45 minutes by the time pizza and wings got to the house. Food was extremely cold. There’s too much sauce on the pizza and the cheese just fell off the pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I am never ordering from Mark’s pizzeria again

Family has ordered from this location for years. The quality is inconsistent you have to say extra to get sauces on pizza and wings even then it still sucks. I called explained what was wrong and manager said they'd fix it but we have to give food back not that I care wasn't what we wanted anyways would've just tossed it but im 100% sure theres a law that states once food leaves a restaurant they cannot take it back at all they drove back out delivered correct pizza and took back the wrong one code violation btw but again the female manger siad if i wanted the correct order theyd have to get wrong oreder back note they didnt redeliver until an hour later the manager was rude on phone and got smart w me saying theyre trying to fix the issue with a snooty attitude well if your employees listened in the first place it wouldn't be an issue.

my wife ordered chicken fingers and we got taken advantage of management was very rude will never order from Walworth ny marks pizza ever again they absolutely lost a customer and hope people like us keep a watch on there service in our area.
I wish I could give them 10 stars for service! A couple of weeks ago we were picking up a pizza to take to our daughters in Marion. The traffic coming from irondequoit was terrrible and we were half an hour late picking up the pizza. We had called to tell them we would not be there when we originally said. When we did get there they had remade our complete order so it was warm. That’s what I call great customer service! Shout out to them!

It is difficult to find a decent calzone anywhere for under $15, but Mark's has it. Add the 10% off coupon and it is even better. Check their website for current coupons and meal deals. Best double pepperoni calzone I have had in a long time.
