The customer service and staff were amazing. Marks has very consistent pizza at every location. I am not a big fan of that style pizza personally, but it is quality and consistent if thats the style you like. So I won't give the food a star rating because I realize it's just my preference and not a reflection of the actual food quality.
I wish I could give them 10 stars for service! A couple of weeks ago we were picking up a pizza to take to our daughters in Marion. The traffic coming from irondequoit was terrrible and we were half an hour late picking up the pizza. We had called to tell them we would not be there when we originally said. When we did get there they had remade our complete order so it was warm. That’s what I call great customer service! Shout out to them!
Marks in Walworth is always Great!I wish I was out there more often.I recommend anyone to stop in and see Ken Strang for all your needs! I have known Ken for over 20 years and he prides himself on having a great consistent product.Thanks Ken!
