Salvatore's is the best backup pizza in town. If you can't get cams or you're not feeling the deep dish of chesters, or the fancy wood fired places==then Salvatore's is the place to go. Their pizza is consistently decent.

I've had ordes wrong and poor quality. I will not order from this Salvatore's until they can get competent people working there. They could mess up a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Franchise locations are tough to rate. Walworth Salvatores has its ups and downs. Today they were on point with toppings but the light baked white pizza was overcooked and the normal sheet well-done.Always order light sauce or it's messy too. I'm not against messy, that's an FYI and personal preference.

Salvatores in Walworth NY is now on track. The food has greatly improved and the new staff is doing well. Frank the owner including the Macedon shop needs to be commended for his hard work. Place an order and you will taste the difference . Highly recommended. We oder at least once each week.Kid-friendliness: Great people

He left a few things off of his BIO:About Frank Freida:Frank started at the Lake Avenue location at 17 years old. He was a driver and a cook for 3 years, and then learned inside operations and trained as a manager by age 21. He managed the Lake Avenue location for 3 years, and then began to train as an Owner. Frank opened the Walworth store at age 25 in November, 2017. He then purchased the Macedon location, and opened it in June, 2019.He left off that he does not honor his promises. Once a contractor does work for him, he blames his corporate offices and refuses to pay. Real class act, this Frank guy!! LOL
First off… Awesome staff! Recco, and the crew rock! I honestly thought Salvatore’s was just pizza, subs…. You know the usual “pizzeria” kind of place! I was wrong! I ordered the grilled chicken parm! It was huge! Seriously!! Amazing portions! Delicious flavor! I have enough for two meals! The garlic bread was a whole loaf! Bread is life and that made my night! They really do deliver everything but babies! Support local!

Ordered on their app. App said 45 minute wait for pickup. Immediately received a text message indicating come pick up my food. Called the store to confirm the time and they said 30-45 minutes. I said okay will I get a text when my food is ready, Answer: No. I ordered hot food and wanted to pick up fresh. Got into a small argument over the phone because they couldn't give me a time and ended up refunding my order. Great, can you send confirmation of the refund? Answer: No - You will have to come pick up the receipt. I said to the kind girl who answers the phone, can you please just grab the receipt and read it off to me. Answer: IDK where it is. Talked to the owner - He hung up on me. I followed that up with a visit to the store to get my receipt. Talked to the owner again, ran to the back to get the receipt (so I thought), comes back and says I threw it out. There is no receipt. To the owner: you know the story here, figure it out! And do not make your problem your customers problem. This was my second time coming back to the location giving it a chance with new owners saying "sorry for the previous, we will make it right". Side note: Seriously, cover your pizzas that you have out for slices. You have a long haired receptionist standing right next to them and a cook with an afro the size of Jupiter walking directly over the food without hairnets on.
