(Wappingers) I was in there for the 2nd day in a row for lunch and the food was amazing as always.
The waitress was super friendly & attractive, her hospitality was awesome (Unfortunately I didn't get her name đ«Ł). Her hospitality alone definitely just turned me into a new customer.
I'll definitely be frequenting more often.

I went there 1 time and 1 time only. I literally live right next to this place so I decided to give it a try. I went with my two kids one afternoon. There were about 5 servers at the host stand who wouldnât acknowledge us. Eventually I asked if they were still taking customers and if kids were allowed here, and one of the girls then asked how many of us it would be. I told them just us 3. The place was barely packed but they put us up stairs by ourselves, at a table that wasnât set and all of the TVâs were off. We were the only ones upstairs and all the tvâs were on downstairs so my son asked if a TV could be turned on to watch the soccer game and we were told all the TVâs upstairs were broken and she walked backed down stairs. 15 minutes later she came back, and I told her we didnât have any silverware. It took them another 15 minutes just to give us a place setting.She didnât take our order or even offer drinks, just gave us silverware... And she wasnât friendly or hospitable at all. Seemed more annoyed. After she left us again, my son asked me if we did something wrong and we just got up and left. As we walked downstairs passed the host station, where my waitress was laughing and talking, she notice weâre were leaving asked me if we were ok. And I said âNo, no one greeted us, you put us on an empty floor with broken tvâs, without silverware when there were plenty of available tables downstairs, it took you thirty minutes just to give us silverware and you havenât even asked if we wanted anything to drink. I get the feeling you donât want us here.â Everyone just got quiet, no apologies or anything, just stared at us, so we left.
Havenât been back since. Very disappointing.

Edit: I am upgrading my review because I have been back a few times since (for drinks) and I can tell there have been noticable, positive, changes. Have not had an unreasonable wait in any of my subsequent visits.
Been here a few times last year and everything was great. Last 2 visits - half hour at table and no water, no drink order, and completely ignored.
The first time we waited the absurd amount of time it took, only to have part of the order forgotten and burgers undercooked. Second time, the most recent visit, we had to walk out when it was obvious we were deliberately ignored. Both times were NOT busy or a full house. Too bad because the food was actually great at one time. I would be astounded if they aren't out of business in the next 12 - 16 months.

First time eating there. Will definitely go back on a regular basis. Had a burger. It was large and delicious. The fries were really good also. The service was excellent.

This place has a very fun and laid back vibe. The staff is friendly. I wish the burgers tasted better though. Maybe it was just a fluke but twice I've went and had burgers and they were a little on the dry side. The wings and sauces are great though! They also have some nice drinks there. Great place but I would definitely suggest the wings over the burgers.

Second time here. First time was great, the bartenders/servers were friendly, outgoing and attentive. The burgers are awesome, no questions asked. Second time there, different set of bartenders/servers and instead of talking to us at the bar they were huddled at the other end talking to each other. Made us feel like they didnât care if we were there or not. The only time they came towards us was to ask if we wanted something else. Not ready yet, ok see you later. I wonât be back anytime soon. A good bartender makes you feel welcome and that did not happen last night.
