The owner of this Acura needs to know that Joe and eddy don’t want me as a customer there. Just say that instead of trying to provoke me. You guys won , I will not be coming back to the Acura in wappingers falls.wonder why joe cifalino had to give me a discount on both occasions. Joe cifalino and eddy Egan took my loaner privileges away because of a personal vendetta. They lied and said I refused to bring a loaner back 2 times which is false . They could not buy a new fp7000 tire for me because they said they could not get that anymore( I have the rim and tire protection warranty), I had to buy it and mail it to Acura and I got reimbursed( Joe cifalino is the one who reimbursed me)2 years later their telling me that I refused to bring the loaner back within 24 hours( which eddy Egan never called me and said return the loaner, he actually said keep the loaner until they put the new tire on)2 they couldn’t get my 2004 tsx fixed for 6weeks and they unplugged my alternator and my tsx was totally dead when I got there. I almost drove it on route 9 but thank god I didn’t because it would of shut down on the highway and could of led to a more serious problem.plus Joseph cifalino is telling me now he doesn’t feel comfortable letting me have a Acura loaner(Joe made a deal with me to get a discount on new tires 2 years ago and never mentioned anything about not feeling comfortable with me in that loaner when I returned the loaner and handed them the keys. 2 years later Joseph cifalino is saying this now but why didn’t he tell me this back then. Eddy Egan said I refused to bring the loaner back within 24 hours meanwhile I had to buy the fp7000 tire with my own money because they couldn’t replace it for me. Which we all know how long it takes to get a tire delivered( not in 24 hours)I need the regional manager or Joseph cifalinos boss to contact me asap , they pushed me away from being a customer to them and now I can’t refer anybody there. Also allysa and Brittany were very professional to me they helped me out big time so thank you for Brittany and allysa for treating me like a customer and being nice and helpful
