This is one of the best Italian places in the Hudson Valley. If you haven't been, try it. My only issue is that their mixed drinks aren't the best.

We went to Aroma to celebrate a family member's birthday. We had a large group and we made reservations ahead of time. We were seated right away when we got there in a private like room so it was nice to have the space. Our waitress was very kind and informative on what they had to offer. She was very attentive and helpful with recommendations as well. I ordered the farfalle dish with sundried tomatoes and a cream sauce and I added chicken to it. The flavor was delicious. Everyone at the table ordered different items and enjoyed what they had. I would go again.

Entire restaurant was loud. Large groups yelling and running amok. Couldn't hear my waitress unless she raised her voice. Bless her heart, Elaine was fantastic and apologetic. Food was extremely overpriced and barely palatable. My wife and I ordered off the specials. The cod and vegetables were overcooked with no flavor. The truffle mushroom pasta was chewy with no flavor than overwhelming canned cream of mushroom.Quality has disappeared since COVID. Maybe the owners don't care anymore.
