We had a very nice Friday night dinner here tonight. It was sad because it wasn't very crowded at all. The food is very good - didn't give it a 5* because I hold that for extraordinary.

We were in Poughkeepsie on vacation and were looking for a place to have dinner when we came upon Bella Italiana. It was a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, generous portions and the prices were very reasonable. Kenny was very attentive. We highly recommend it.

The food was heavenly, their spinach ravioli with chicken is to die for. The food is VERY WELL seasoned! They give you such large portions for such a reasonable price. We had a kind waiter too :)

Food was good My wife order a whiskey sour.......they give her a drink with sprite,when we ask,the guy who was doing all the trades,was also the barman and confess he never made that drink before.... Not even apologize .......

Their gluten free food is SO GOOD. We’ve passed this place on 9 for years and never got to try it, but now that I found and tried their gluten free food, I will be returning. My husband and I ordered our Friday dinner to-go from here. He had the GF chicken Marsala and I had the GF chicken Francese and they were both delicious. I love that it comes with gluten free pasta and I wasn’t expecting the little garlic rolls but I so appreciate the effort they put into these meals!

Drinks were not great, would not make simple cocktails, food was not Italian, soup was tomato sauce with water and beans, charges us for drinks that were supposed to be included with meal but didn’t mention that they had to be house drinks one meal was inedible and they still charged us for the soup that came with the dish, and the manager chose not to show his face when we wanted to talk about it, the server was nice but it seemed like his first time doing this
I’m sorry I don’t want to say anything bad about the food because everything else was great !

We had a terrible time at this restaurant and were extremely disappointed. We rarely get a date night together and left our kid with a babysitter and we would have been better off cooking at home! Please don’t go here! This is very disappointing for an Italian restaurant, everything is frozen and store bought down to the croutons.. nothing is made in house, if you offered me a million dollars to eat here again, I would refuse. We were very clear about no pork in our food which the waiter even joked about with us, then our entree had pork on it, we returned the dish without eating it and the manager did not want to take it off the bill… We got Wendy’s next door on the way home and had a much better experience. Such a shame, please take my word for it and do not go here!!!!

Very overdue review. We used Bella Italia last year for our rehearsal dinner and they did a great job! The service was great and the room was perfect and private to enjoy a wonderful time together with our bridal party before the wedding. They even rearranged the tables for us more than once since we were indecisive about tables or U shape. Food was great, service was great and the room was perfect for us. 10/10.
