How is it a 24/7 deli when the deli counter is closed at 2:45 in the afternoon

Just stopped at 2 different ones. Sign says 24/7....both told me they were closed, it was 5:00 pm. It is 0 stars

Bathrooms are disgusting. Wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.
The last 4 times I've placed an order, the delivery clerks behind the counter do not understand English or simply do not listen at all, leading to food items I didn't want added or additional to what I'm ordering and leaving me disappointed and wasting my money on something I didn't exactly order

Had to do a DoorDash. It says 24 hours deli but went in to pick up order and they said they were closed. Had to tell message doordash customer that I couldn’t pick up food. Why say 24 hour deli when not true?
