Sorry but the egg rolls were old and stale, wonton soup was fair, pork lo being was over salted, way over salted. So I threw out the egg rolls, soup and pork lo being. OK, I had some duck sauce sitting so I grabbed the bag of dry noodles. Big mistake, they also were old and stale. The original owners are not there anymore and boy are they missed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GO THERE. SIMPLY TERRIBLE.

I have been frequenting this place for years. It USED TO BE among the best. The good reviews from 2014 about pork fried rice having many extras like veggies and egg WAS true. I suppose the tragic inflation that has harmed so much of the restaurant and food industry and high food prices may have forced the budgets of many to have to trim their ingredients. The last 5 times I've ordered here have disappointed my entire family and me in that it's not the same exceptional place it used to be. If it changed owners, then the new one needs to worry about the Chang Ying name reputation being ruined. If the same owner is still there, then he/she/they need to look back and remember there are other places people can bring their business. Pork fried rice is supposed to be pork fried rice. The chef or owner should not make the mistake of thinking it won't be noticed if white rice is disguised with soy sauce staining that is it not by definition pork fried rice at all. I accept that prices went up a small percentage, but I do not accept deceptive pass-offs of poor quality food and makeshift faked dishes thinking if it looks like what it's supposed to be, that it will fool me or my taste buds. Please Chang Ying, come back to the winning success you once were. You were appreciated then and you should be able to do it again. Stop faking it and sneaking around ideas with the recipes and good work.

Not much good to share. Besides the shrimp being old and soggy (a sign of going bad), I despise up charges without being told. I asked to substitute soup for the egg roll and was offered all white meat on the sesame chicken entee. I was charged an extra .75 for soup and 1.25 for chicken. I won’t be going back.

I have to agree with other reviews . Absolutely the worst Chinese food I've had in a long time !!!!! Everything tasted the same and all looked the same brown . Love love love Tokoharu but I was invited to someone's house for dinner and this is where they ordered from . Yuk !

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in the country. I’ve eaten Chinese in a few states and I have lived in NY my whole life I ordered steam dumplings which were 2/5 house special lo mein was a negative 1000 sesame chicken 2/5 only thing good was egg rolls with a 4/5 chicken and broccoli 2/5…. I tried to be generous but I feel sick and I got this because it said 4.2 stars don’t fall for it when there are a lot more Chinese places locally. I didn’t see atmosphere so couldn’t comment on that. Service was very quick and kind.

Been a customer for years here. Has ownership changed? Just had the worst meal I have ever had from them. The last time was a degrade, but this time was disgusting.

I like the food here. This is my go-to for Chinese food now that Chen Young is gone. The only complaint I have is that I made an order recently and when I got to the restaurant, they told me that they never got my order. I called and spoke to a woman and it was the correct phone number. I made sure afterwards to make sure that I wasn't the one who made the mistake. I will be back though.

Yum!! So far my fave Chinese food spot in the area!Food was fresh, portions plenty and prices were nice!Combo plates were stuffed to the top! Wonton soup was delicious-wonton was perfect consistency and brother was tasty. Ribs were tender and flavorful. Egg roll wasn’t my favorite but I’d say that it was more a personal preference thing. It was cooked well and others in my party loved it.Will be my new go to spot!
