What's not to love? This Wappingers spot is right in town, they serve up tasty food, quality beverages, and the staff will treat you well. The bar is quite nice, and definitely clean. Even better, when it's nice outside, there's an adorable back deck that's perfect for sipping a cider, or one of their serious selection of craft beers on tap. There are also cocktails available, but they seem to truly care about the tap selection. Right now they've got a 16% ABV stout out of Brooklyn on tap, which is downright dangerous. This seems like the rare bar that not only fries things well, but it also cares about the rest of its menu too. No one is ever sad about bang bang shrimp and chicken fingers and fries (we order like adults around here), but the salads are very solid as well. There are even vegetarian and vegan options for your friends who aren't quite as meaty (technical term). And that's all I have to say about that.

We went here for lunch with a group of moms and kids before sledding in a local park. The waiter was super friendly and accommodating. He was patient with all the picky children ordering their customized meals (a burger with JUST meat and cheese LOL). I had a New England clam chowder soup that was a special of the day. Delicious! My daughter had a Cesar salad with salmon and really enjoyed it. My other daughter had grilled cheese and said it tasted good. I wish the bathroom was more than one person at a time. With many kids in our party, bathroom took forever for everyone.

My co-workers and I went to County Fare this weekend and the food was sooo good! I got the Mac&Cheese with pulled pork and I was so surprised at how good it was! Other places I’ve been to have been hit or miss with their Mac&Cheese but County Fares was so good! I recommend.

Very friendly staff and a nice place. My wife loved her French dip. She loved that it was on garlic bread. I had the fried fish sandwich. The fish was basically flavorless. The fries were OK. I will definitely try a burger or something next time. All in all it was a good experience and will be going back.

The burger was atrocious..the meat was not fresh, and I'm paying the price today, also dry and overcooked on a stale bun. Cauliflower was just cooked cauliflower drowned in Frank's hot sauce. Poutine was criminal, bad fries, hardly any curd cheese, and a dark overly reduced gravy...the service was very nice,but the food was just so bad. My friend had the chili, said it tasted as if from a can...just disappointed because there are some pretty great places to eat around there..just wish this was one of them..and a suggestion..maybe offer a single patty burger?..I may try again in a few months..sometimes things change. I hope so.

Friendly, comfy & non rushed!The menu items are definitely cooked and prepared by a Chef who loves ❤️ to make people happy through this food! I've had several different burgers and appetizers in this restaurant, 2 meals before shows at County Players Falls Theater. Each meal delicious and perfectly done! Tonight I ordered the Chicken BaconCheddarRanch sandwich through a food delivery service (Seamless). The driver did their job (and was tipped accordingly), and the Chef did theirs! This was an amazing meal! Thank you Chef! This is a MUST try eatery!
