We went there yesterday and froze our butts off. We were told they could not turn off the a.c. Our food took forever and also was cold. Nobody had anything to say except "I'm sorry"And to top it all off my wife was violently sick just hours after we arrived home.NOT HAPPY!!!

Had a great experience this evening and our waitress Alexis was a big reason for this. Went out of her way to go above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Also provided consistent communication and was constantly checking in, despite having other tables to tend to. Best waitress we have had at Double O thus far.

Ordered from grubhub tonight and the food was not delivered to the right location at all and i had to search for my food(may not be on the resturaunt but still putting it out there) and the calamari is either overcooked or not fresh at all because it is as dry as the

I have revisited here many times over the years. My only complaint is that they removed the Prime Rib Pasta from the menu.. that was probably the best pasta dish I’ve ever had. That, and the Berry Fizz.Otherwise, great food and a cozy atmosphere.

Had reservation, waited 20 minutes before being seated. Two women walked in, hugged a waiter and he took menus and sat them without speaking to the hostess stand. Multiple walk in parties were sat before our party of 2. Food was oily, sauce for pasta was separating. Its rough when the best thing on the table are a martini and the complementary bruschetta. Drinks were well prepared and our waiter was phenomenal, can’t say the same for other wait staff or hostesses. Was not busy enough to justify 20 minute wait when we had a reservation with no communication from staff.

We have been here several times and love it here. We feel that the bartender Kayla deserves extra special recognition along with big Nick. They are always so friendly and make our experience wonderful and fun .... Great staff is hard find and this place def has the staff. Plus the food is amazing
Love double o's brussel sprout salad. Highly recommend. The cocktails are always tasty.Edited 3/7 changed from 4 to 5 stars. They continue to impress me and my family. Excellent food and service!

The hostess was as rude as can be, she wouldn't let us choose a seat we were comfortable with so finally we just seated ourselves. Why would I pay these prices to be uncomfortable or unhappy and why would any restaurant back this behavior??

Change managers... put people who want to work... send the manager to rest or vacation

Haven't been there in a while as I live up in Red Hook but was car shopping with a friend and suggested this place and we agreed. My friend was very happy as I was also pleased with the food and service. The good selection of beers ? impressed my friend. Towards the end of our meal my friend commented on what a nice place this was. I have gone there numerous times over the 10 years I have lived in Dutchess County and went down that way to to get there as I have never had a bad or mediocre experience there. That says a lot that hasn't changed in the times I have gone. Definitely would go again.

Also on the top of our list when we are back in the area. Food is great, prices are reasonable, atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. We were not rushed, staff was polite and helpful.You can't go wrong stopping here for a bite to eat any time of the day
