Other then the drive thru wait being extremely long and uncessary (they should really have people pull up when waiting on things and then bring it out to them to keep the line moving) this place is fantastic. There are a few employees (who I'm so sad to say I don't know there names) really go above and beyond for their job and make me feel so welcomed. As soon as I walk in or the few times I'm able to use the drive thru pull up they are immediately handing me my coffee with a smile without even asking who I am

Been going to Dunkin for years. I order a large half ice iced coffee. Always get my coffee filled to the top. Not at this Dunkin They fill a large half ice coffee about 3/4 of the way up. It’s a shame because this Dunkin is close on my route. But I guess if I want a coffee filled to the top I gotta go elsewhere. Also I didn’t only order a half iced ice coffee. Ordered three other drinks. Then was given a lame excuse about the levels of coffee to ice and the lines on the cup. Can I just get common sense and a full cup of coffee? Crazy.

This place is a joke. They handed me the dirtiest coffee lid ever this morning while my drink was spilling onto my lap. Not to mention on a good day there it takes 20 minutes in the drive-through. There should be no reason I’m handed a coffee cup this disgusting or going to work with coffee spilled on my shirt before I even set it down in the cup holder. Would leave negative stars if I could.

I go to this dunkin all the time its usually a bunch of teenagers training or actual decent workers so most of the time my food gets messed up or just made poorly and we shouldnt have to come back multiple times for people messing up your order 3 times in a row and this week they barely put any cream cheese or toast my bagel (in the grand scheme of things this is no big deal but when you were really looking forward to a cream cheese bagel and they put the saddest dot and they barely toast it it can be pretty upsetting)

I stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday, June 21st, right at noon. I always make it a point to go inside rather than use the drive-thru—my daughter worked at Dunkin' for years and always said inside customers are the ones who usually tip, and I like to reward good service.
Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a simple coffee order. During that time, multiple customers went through the drive-thru and others picked up online orders, while I stood there being asked four times what I had ordered—but no one ever actually made my drink.
After 10 minutes of being ignored, I finally asked for my money back. No apology, no urgency, just complete disorganization. With so many Dunkin' locations in the area, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere

I fail to find a consistent Dunkin but I think I finally found one! I’ve been going here for about a month or so, and all the drinks I’ve gotten are exactly how I order them. The workers are super friendly and yes the wait is sometimes long but I would rather wait for good items then have them rush for items that are horrible. I haven’t purchased food here yet, but so far so good!

I cannot get over how slow this location is, doesn’t matter what time of the day you are there. A regular hot coffee your sitting at the window at least 5 mins. I have only experienced this at this location.
