Hit or miss only 1 person makes my drink right, every other time I must request additional options for the same drink I get daily. I’ve also had incidences where I’ll or a hot drink & get a half full cup or I get burnt food or food that’s looks and taste like it’s 2 days old . Okay I’m being dramatic but seriously look how dry out & tough this looks. It was so dry these less cheese & the ham is tuff ??? Please get it together I come by often because it’s on my route to work.

Went in Monday morning (or yesterday morning, don’t remember) at 730 for a coffee and a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Coffee was fine but the bagel was cold. The inside part (egg, cheese) was fine. Also the short blonde girl gave me a very dirty look after I said to her: “Thank you. Have a good day ma'am” and she didn’t even say it back. Just the nasty look and walked away. She was the sandwich maker as well. Won’t be coming back because of her. Ruined my whole morning.
