While the food we ate was good, not having signature items from the menu (ie:pink sangria and seafood paella) made the experience very disappointing. The other issue was the first server was so busy running from the bar to her tables to take orders, she completely forgot to tell my friend they didn't have the paella and ask her what she wanted instead. She only put my order in and my friend got nothing. The other server was able to push another order through but I was more than half finished with my meal by the time her shrimp came out. The bill was also incorrect as we got charged for a whole bottle of wine instead of a glass. I don't think we'll be returning.

My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup.Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass (150 guests). Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream.The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests. We highly recommend going with Flores for your wedding our other events.
We had an amazing experience!! The food was phenomenal. We ordered off the tapas menu to start and these were the largest servings we've ever had for tapas. After a nice leisurely time enjoying all the different dishes, we ordered our dinners and were surprised once again with flavors and portion sizes. The festive spirit for the holidays is in full bloom with holiday music playing, a holiday drink menu and the beautiful holiday decorations. The staff was fantastic as well and it's always nice to have the chef come table side!!! We have found a new favorite place....10/10!!

The holiday cocktail selections were varied and interesting. The two we had were delicious. We ordered 5 tapas dishes for the two of us. They were all unique and quite tasty. We even took some of the food home to enjoy later. Service was attentive and friendly, and the holiday decor added to the enjoyment of our dinner.

I found Flores Tapas Bar by doing a search for Miracle Christmas Bars and found it on the list. It is an hour from Rockland County, where I live, and figured it would be a nicer drive than going into NYC to the Miracle bars there. What I found at Flores was way more than a cute Christmas bar, I found my new favorite restaurant. The decor was on point, the drinks, delicious, but here is why I will go back regardless of the season: The food and the folks who work there. You will not find a friendlier, more attentive waitstaff. Everyone is there to make sure you are having the best time. They take their time explaining the menu too for anyone with questions. Now the food. In one word, ourtanding. My husband is from Spain and is usually underwhelmed when dining out anywhere that has Spanish items on the menu. Even he was impressed. We decided to eat a variety of Tapas. The croquetas of jamon and those of chicken where phenomenal. We also had the brisket empanadas, the dates with bacon, the pear crostini, chorizo in wine, and the tostones. Ok, I know tostones aren't Spanish, but my dad is Puerto Rican, and I love tostones. They were large, thin, crispy and delicious - again, perfection. These dishes were enough to have three adults feeling stuffed at the end! We ordered their house made strawberry gelato and their bourbon bread pudding for dessert, and they were nothing short of fantastic. I'm not used to gushing like this during reviews but Flores is a great place. I need to go back there one more time before the Miracle bar segment is over, but I will be definitely be back after as well.

Flores catered our wedding and it was incredible!! We were married at a venue where all kitchen equipment has to be brought in and with Flores having their food trucks, this made the process so much easier and we saved on additional rentals. We chose to go with a family style dinner, and guests are still raving about the skirt steak with chimichurri and the purple potatoes. Even the harvest bounty table during the cocktail hour was so impressive, it made it into the best mans speech! Service, food and quality was all incredible. I'd highly recommend Austen and then entire Flores team for any event!! We have also had dinner at the restaurant a few times and the drinks and food were delicious. Highly, highly recommend for any event

There is so much I can say about the whole Flores catering team. I had a really overwhelming time trying to find a caterer for our wedding and from the start Melissa was a dream to work with and Austin’s food blew us away at the tasting. Melissa was a life saver throughout the planning process with amazing feedback, handling all the different rentals needed and providing referral to an amazing day of coordinator for our day of. The day of the wedding, Melissa went beyond what her role as everyone was dealing with a crazy rain and helped me feel call and not worried. Every guest raved about how amazing the food at the wedding was. They added a brazilian staple “pao de queijo” that all my Brazilian guests were impressed by. This is an amazing catering company and I am forever a loyal customer to them.

The food is still some of the best in the area. However, for the second time now, there was only one person working the front of house. This person had to do all the bartending, waiting, bussing and most of the food running with nearly zero help. On a Saturday night with many customers, this was the staffing situation. I don't blame our server whatsoever. She did the very best she could. But, we waited for everything about twice as long as normal and felt terrible for our server. We hope that management will be able to solve their issues with labor and continue to serve this location. It is a shame that more people aren't experiencing this wonderful menu. We will continue to support this business.

Place was empty at 7:30pm on a Friday, service was poor, food taste was good, quality not great, chicken dish was not cooked fully. The server was understanding and did not hesitate to not charge us for the chicken. Unfortunately won't be going back.

Didn't clear any plates, didn't ask me if I wanted a drink refill, then forgot to put in my dessert. Made a B.S. excuse that the dessert was made fresh so it takes a long time. Under cooked churros don't take 25 minutes to fry... other waitress picked up her slack all night.

She told us we had 20 minutes to order before the kitchen closed, which was fine by us, but we sat there with no menus for 10 minutes. She made it very clear with every interaction that we were an inconvenience. She was not prepared with what the kitchen could/couldn't make, so that lead to further confusion. The food was pretty good, but not sure we will want to return due to the service.
