What a nice surprise. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They decorated fur Christmas which was fun and had a good vibe. Head chef Christopher came out and asked us about the food and asked us if we needed anything . The menu is different from online because it is under new management. My tacos were tasty and my wife’s burger with Brie was unbelievable. Fun drink options and overall the food prices were reasonable. The spinach dip was fantastic just needed more bread. The desserts included the churros and the hazelnut tart. Great presentation.

Sadly this seems like a restaurant on its way out. Friday night only four tables were seated when we were there.Waitress was never to be found. She was more than neglectful. She was rarely in the room. She didn’t like she knew how to serve. We had to ask for everything. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. The bartender waited on us and apologized. He was very nice. He even took our food order because she was still missing - remember there were only four tables. It’s no longer a tapas restaurant. However we enjoyed everything we ate. They have nice tables and beautifully decorated. It was obviously somebody’s dream - which made it sad to see it empty during dining hours. Please take down the Covid barriers. They detracted from the dining experience.

Such a shame. Flores used to be full of life and the original menu was to die for. It was definitely the restaurant to enjoy a night out with friends, family, or coworkers. All of that has changed. I went one Friday night around 7pm and only 2 customers were dining. It took the waitress about 15 minutes to even acknowledge us or take our drink order. Couldn’t order the purple drink because they were out of gin. Sangria was filled to the top with ice and tasted like the cheapest wine. The pulpo was laying on a bed of soggy mashed potatoes drenched in achiote and oil. The shrimp tasted like they had been in the freezer and covered in pasty pesto sauce. On top of that the prices are ridiculous for the type of food you are being served. There is no hospitality anymore. Please bring back the old menu and service.

While the food we ate was good, not having signature items from the menu (ie:pink sangria and seafood paella) made the experience very disappointing. The other issue was the first server was so busy running from the bar to her tables to take orders, she completely forgot to tell my friend they didn't have the paella and ask her what she wanted instead. She only put my order in and my friend got nothing. The other server was able to push another order through but I was more than half finished with my meal by the time her shrimp came out. The bill was also incorrect as we got charged for a whole bottle of wine instead of a glass. I don't think we'll be returning.
Everything is Absolutely delicious here.

Amazing food and service - cannot wait to return. Best churros I’ve had in my life. Get the brisket empanadas & ask for extra jalapeño ranch, you WON’T be disappointed… ♥️

Not impressed at all. I bought cheese and iberico ham from Spain so I know very well the quality of a good ham. The quality was not there from this place. I also have to wait long time bc it was not ready on the time I set up. The bill was 135.00 for a very poor quality. The bread was cold yuck!

We loved our meal; especially the bacon wrapped dates, shrimp and octopus. Our cocktails were delish, too, and it was decorated so lovely for the holiday season. Bri was a perfect waitress; so friendly and helpful. We cant wait to come back!
