They have very good pizza, the Staff is very nice and helpful. The floors were extremely clean and they have a great selection of food other than pizza it by any means is not the greatest pizza ever but if your in the area it is a great choice.

Ordered two slices of cheese, pizza, and the wait staff agreed that they were slightly overcooked and immediately offered me two other slices of properly cooked cheese pizza. Great service and, I have to say, great pizza.
Great pizza! Chicken Parmigiana sub! Greek salad! Fast service, reasonable prices. Pleasant atmosphere but I took it to go. This is now my go to spot for pizza in Poughkeepsie area. The fresh italian bread - havent had it like that in a long time! I usually go to another place nearby, the pizza there is good but not great so I asked someone where is a better place and Giacomo's was referred. Giacomo's really satisifed my taste for pizza.

Not doing great... last time I ordered it took more than 1 1/2hrs to get a single entrée delivered. To top it off the ordered was messed up, you sent the wrong kind of pasta. This time I ordered the girl who took it hung up before I even gave her my card number. So if the delivery person showed up I wouldn't have the cash on me to pay them. Food is otherwise great with the exception of one time I ordered chicken marsala and had it loaded with onions? I'm no chef but I know marsala doesn't come full of onions. I'll be looking for another pizza place in my area.

When I placed an order for a personal pizza and some cheesy fries today. I honestly felt I was was overcharged.
Worst chicken blt ever paper thin and tough like beef jerky .Steak and cheese was dry like sawdust.

I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni and it was delivered with 3/4 pepperoni on most of the pie and one sliver just cheese. Plus it was extremely greasy and the pepperoni was barely on 2 slices.

You guys are way too inconsistent. I order a pie and it's so undercooked it's almost raw dough. I order well done thinking it'll be fully cooked and instead it is burnt. Good tasting sauce and cheese but you ruin pizzas with your cooking times. Do better.

The two slices were buffalo chicken and pepperoni. Each slice had NO favor, or spices, in fact the crust was charcoal on the bottom of both slices. Truly a disappointment. Never again.
