Two thumbs WAY down. I've never really been a big fan of the pizza but I've always enjoyed the other menu items, especially the hot subs. I had been meaning to try out the new location off of 376 with the °1000 under the name..big mistake. I decided on two of their square slices, safe bet, a chicken bacon ranch and a meat lovers. I have never been more disappointed in my life with a slice of pizza! The pizza was painfully bland and lacking in flavor. So much so, that midway through my food, I stopped and thought to myself that something was off and that I had made the wrong choice of where to stop and eat. Not to mention, $10 for this slop?! I could go to Emiliano's in the City of Poughkeespie and pay $4.30 for a slice piled high with toppings, and bigger than these two combined. And 20x more tastier, where every bite is better than the last. If you know, you know! The staff was friendly enough and I really digged the atmosphere, especially the alcohol selection they had available. That being said I will never eat here again, and I will FOR SURE think twice before eating at another Giacomo's unless I go with friends, family, etc. Even than...I'll suggest somewhere else instead LOL There are many other quality pizza spots in this area where you can go and get tasty pizza, and for less. Go there!

Ordered a metitteran salad and paid $15.95 for a little dried up lettuce a sliced apple and some walnuts and raisins with a couple of pieces of dried chicken!! How ridiculous
Always kindca d friendly staff. The you throw in their awesome pizza. I'd say b8g win win.
We ordered a grandma's pizza and a large pizza with pepperoni and black olives, well done, for delivery. I can honestly say that this is the worst pizza we've ever had and both went in the trash. First off, they barely cooked, certainly not well done. They had an odd smell like something on them had gone bad. It tasted off too. We've ordered from here before and consistency has always been a problem, but this was the worst. We won't order from them again.

What happened to Giacomo’s??? I decided to have Giacomo’s after moving out of the area for 3 years. I remember it being the go-to place for pizza especially the thin crust. I walked in to pick up and at the counter were 2 unpleasant workers that obviously did not want to be there. Seemed like placing an order to-go was an inconvenience to them. The “Manager” was on his computer at a table and the only one who seemed to be putting in work was the one man in the back boxing the pizza. Not even a greet from anyone. A very unwelcoming environment.Unfortunately, the thin crust pizza pie we ordered and boneless wings were terrible. Honestly it was probably one the worse pizza we have had.The boneless wings were extremely hard to the point where you could not stick a fork into them. After taking a bite and cutting into a few of them we noticed that they were all crust with zero meat and heavily salted to the point where we had to throw them out. We have never seen boneless wings with no meat. Needless to say we actually got food poisoning from them and shouldn’t have taken a bite after not being able to stick a fork in them. You can tell something was off.The thin crust pizza was mediocre and lacked flavor. The cheese was burnt and it just did not taste right. The sauce was placed on top of the cheese with most likely a spoon and was cold. It was not even close to the pizza we use to love.We were very disappointed. A once great, friendly go-to pizza place that felt like family years ago has gone completely down hill. It’s a shame and due this experience we will probably never order from Giacomo’s again. After talking to friends and family they all mentioned how Giacomo’s has completely gone down hill throughout the years to the point where they aren’t even a relevant pizza place to the area anymore. What happened?

Ordered a chicken parm sub with a slice of fried eggplant. It ended up being around 17 dollars and the sub consisted of maybe two slices of fried eggplant, and maybe half a cutlet sliced up to be stretched across the sub then covered with sauce and not much cheese. It tasted okay but they must've substituted chicken for eggplant and then had the audacity to charge extra as if they were doing me a favor.

The pizza is actually pretty good but with so many other choices around the area with bigger and cheaper slices I can't see myself going back here. The price is too much for something too small.
