It’s just sandwiches. But I’m writing this review for the employees who go above and beyond with their customer service. The current staff and team members here are amazing, and always speak to me with the highest respect. And I believe that’s what makes this place more than the food.

I have worked in many fields of customer service, and I firmly believe that a place of business should be open and have everything available until the minute of closing. Tonight, I called the Wappingers Falls Jersey Mike’s to confirm their closing time about 25 minutes before closing, and I was told that yes, they were open until 9pm but listed many things that were no longer available, including the hot grill. (So I guess hot food has a different closing time.) I said fine, but you have cold meats, right? And the employee hesitantly said yes. I said my sons will be there in 5 minutes, and thank you very much. Needless to say, I’m complaining here because the doors were locked at 8:45pm when my sons got there. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long shift; but it’s your responsibility to be open to customers until your stated closing time, and hire employees that actually have the integrity to do that. They knew my sons were on their way and clearly closed early to avoid the “extra” work. I will not be giving Jersey Mike’s our business again.

Oml. Had the Jersey Mike #16. One delicious sandwich. Friendy and courteous workers. The place was packed even though it was on a Tuesday. I highly recommend if you really want a sandwich not made at home.

I used to enjoy this location, but yesterday was the final straw. After multiple times that my order was messed up. Yesterday me and wife ordered food BEFORE the afternoon rush, someway, somehow we were the last to get our food. Now I’m not going to pull any cards but I felt highly disrespected, that other people came during the rush and was served before us. We were the only two people in the store when we ordered, and got our food after other people. Blatant disrespect. I won’t spend my money here anymore.

This is the second JMs I've ever visited. I wasn't really behind the idea because my experience in Newburgh was terrible. Well, I should have followed my gut. While employees of this store were professional, unlike Newburgh, I waited 30mins for a cold sub and 2 hot subs. It was decently busy, but nothing the crew should have been overcome by. My hot stuff wasn't even on the grill for 10min after I ordered. I will not be coming back to any of these shops.

People were walking in and out with phone orders.Waited legit 30 minutes and left with no sandwich.They totally forgot to make the sandwich after waiting that long. This wasAt the new Wappingers Jersey Mikes. First experience there. I will never walk into a Jersey Mike’s again. I’ll tell everyone I know to do the same.
