My girlfriend preordered a strawberry tres leche cake on Saturday they told her Tuesday it would be ready she received no phone calls whatsoever went in on Wednesday morning and claimed she never placed an order but had the receipt confirmation then they told her they sold her cake what kind of business is this YOU DIDNT CALL TO CONFIRM A CAKE IS READY TO PICK UP! AND THEN SOLD MY CAKE

Very disappointed with the customer service. One of the ladies has an unfriendly and arrogant attitude, and this is the third time I’ve noticed the same treatment. Her behavior even gave me a headache. It makes the experience unpleasant, and I would not go back again. There are better places to go.

Aside from this place being small and tightly cramped, Los Hornitos still offers an interesting variety of American style Latin cuisine. I only eat here once in a while and when I do, their food is always top notch. Some of the people I know who come on a more regular basis say it hits the spot. You won’t be disappointed.

I've never had a bad order from them. Everything is always good, fresh and they're nice people too. But I don't see enough love for the Berlin in the comments - it was perhaps the best donut I've had in my life. Crispy fried crunch outside, soft fluffy dough inside and the cream was delicious and abundant too. It's been a while since I've had one, but I sure do think about it a lot lol
