I just returned from the rt 376 wappingers falls location and I sent my 13 year old grandson in to buy a order for two people. When he was leaving he dropped the two drinks on the floor by accident. He felt bad enough but when he ask if they can be replaced for free the manager Nick said to the cashier “that’s not my fault” . The manager Nick was very annoyed at my grandson for dropping the drinks in the first place. I visit that location frequently and spend plenty of money at that location. I think it was very mean of the manager Nick to give that answer. I witness many times when a kid would drop something they just re-laced it. I could not go in because of back problems but I will make sure that manager will never embarrass any of my grandchildren or any other children if I am there.

Gave me the wrong food after checking and saying what I got they even forgot my fries after going over the order
I placed an order through door dash. After waiting for my food for an hour and a half, I was informed that they couldn’t fulfill the order and they cancelled it. It took them an hour and a half to tell me they couldn’t complete an order?? Never ordering from here again.

The food was okay, but they kept messing my order up, I had to go back in 4 times, and they still got the order wrong, everyone there is either crushed by fast food jobs, or teenagers, 1 star, but I hope this location gets better. (This is a shared account.)

Very frustrated with the lack of customer service and accuracy of this establishment. I had to correct the order not once, but twice just to get everything that I ordered. Then believe it or not, when I got home the happy meal I ordered had no toy. What's the point of a happy meal if you can't even make sure the toy is inside? Then I have to explain to my upset child that the employees clearly forgot something so simple. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely no sense of accuracy or urgency at a fast food place is pretty pathetic. This business will not receive another dime from us.
