Horrible worker at drive thru this evening. Had to watch a worker give my food to the car next to me and rummage thru it til they realized it wasn't theirs...then brings it to me. No receipt given at time of payment. Asked rude girl for it and she threw receipts from trash at me. Filing formal complaint tomorrow.

Upon my 6:03am arrival all exterior lights were off, and I mean ALL! If I hadn't known better I would've assumed they were closed. My order # 305 6:03am Tuesday September 23rd consisted of, amongst other things, one Luke warm hash brown and one watered down Med. OJ. (Ironically the other HB was fresh. HOT & CRISPY, [thankfully atleast one was correct.]) To make matters worse, the opening supervisor knowingly handed me the sub par OJ. M,W,F when the nice lady Supervisor opens, everything is ALWAYS correct.

I got a strawberry banana smoothie it came out with chuncks of ice and milk not filled all the way to the top and it’s not even finished to drink

I just returned from the rt 376 wappingers falls location and I sent my 13 year old grandson in to buy a order for two people. When he was leaving he dropped the two drinks on the floor by accident. He felt bad enough but when he ask if they can be replaced for free the manager Nick said to the cashier “that’s not my fault” . The manager Nick was very annoyed at my grandson for dropping the drinks in the first place. I visit that location frequently and spend plenty of money at that location. I think it was very mean of the manager Nick to give that answer. I witness many times when a kid would drop something they just re-laced it. I could not go in because of back problems but I will make sure that manager will never embarrass any of my grandchildren or any other children if I am there.
