If I could give zero stars that's what I'd do. This place never gets my order right- no matter how many times I tell them how I want my food. Then when you call them about it the owner tries to say that's not what you said. The only smart one in that place is the girl who takes your order. She writes down exactly what you want and how you want it. The guys behind the counter do not know how to follow instructions. Useless bunch!!! $60 freaking dollars for garbage!!!!!

Nonna's is a go to spot whenever in the area. They have a variety of pizza choices and calzones. They are cooked in a brick oven. I ordered a regular slice. The slice is large and worth every penny. ? The garlic knots are like dinner rolls. The pic is half of order, that was wrapped in foil. They have ample seating for dining in. Highly recommend.

Food is so good but tonight's service was horrible sat down with only one other table being served. Waitress brought us cold bread with cold butter after we ordered. Waited 30 minutes for waitress to bring salad hot appetizer and dinner all at once. And she said was kitchen is backed up but as we all know the dining service comes first and we were the only ones dining. The food was cold probably sitting in the back for a while and our waitress never checked on our food or checked on us. Once the food came our waitress never checked on us for anything extra such a poor service and no apologies from anyone . Service was unacceptable and they know it and with that poor customer service do you really think they deserve a tip for doing nothing for your customer. No apologies from the waitress or staff for being the only customers at the tables and having that kind of service .

I was greeted wonderfully and helped by Nita. It was my first time here, and I already can’t wait to go back. The sauce is perfection! Bright, clean, well decorated. Good music playing at the right volume. Friendly and attentive staff! Excellent quality and value. Everything was so delicious! Highly recommend!

3rd times a charm. Never coming back here again. I order the same thing every single time and they never fail to make it wrong. Grilled chicken lettuce tomato red onion on wedge with creamy Italian on the side. Stood inside waiting for 1 thing for 20 minutes for them to once again make it wrong. Last time they globbed mayo all over it and the woman working had the never to question what I ordered 3 times. Now this time they made fried. I asked the girl with purple hair 3 times to clarify grilled chicken. was being made. She kept assuring me just to come out 20 minutes later and say they made the wrong thing. Beyond sick of these places in dutchess county hiring illiterate people.

Ordered a salad slice and a Cesar salad slice .. waited 15 mins to drive back to work .. no dressings to eat with and when I complained the cesar slice was lacking for the 7$ I paid for it. I was told he would not exchange it . It was store bought lettuce and store bought croutons and that was it . pics include my lunch . Staff is lacking the care the previous owners showed customers .. ill take my business elsewhere along with my company and all my friends DO BETTER ..

I was there on 11/24/23 and was charged $62.56. I went back today (11/26/23) and got exactly the same thing and now I was charged $70.13. Of course no one knew why. If I didn’t have someone waiting at home for the pizza for dinner I would have just walked out without it.
