Delicious! The flavors are complex, but cozy and the desserts taste like a family recipe.

The food is amazing and is exactly how I like to eat -- mostly veggies and some lean meats. Roti, samosas, biryani, goat, and tons of flavor. Very friendly and lovely people, highly recommend if you are in the area

I lived Newburgh when our gracious hosts Saman and Thanuja opened Red Pepper Diner. It's great seeing the success they so deserve.I cant single out anything special because I've enjoyed most of their menu. I'm originally from SriLanka and I can tell you they are the best in the business alongvwith their charming, very SriLankan hospitality. I wish them much success and counting the days till I enjoy a meal there...hopefully soon!

First time trying Sri Lanken food. This place was SOOO tasty and healthy. I had the fried rice house special and they gave me a lot of meat that was packed with flavor.
The service was so friendly and let us know what was popular. The ambience was calm and reminded me of home.

This place is off the beaten track. You need a car to get here. The food is amazing. The owner is personable and loves to share his love of Sri Lankan culture and food. The dishes are all so delicious. We meet up with friends there every time we go to Beacon. They take the train up from NYC and we drive over from Ulster County. It’s a cozy place. Highly recommend it.
