Courtney & Petra are the best employees an establishment can have representing their brand!! They provided EXCEPTIONAL service to me: first by Courtney’s recommendation of my Power Meal Slim with peanut butter that was so delicious from the first sip, that I dropped it on the floor!!! They were so kind with their reassurance that I was not the klutz I kept apologizing for being. My super yummy smoothie was remade in less than 5 minutes. I left feeling so happy and well served!

We stopped in tonight, hoping to get one of the limited edition flavored smoothies. We did not realize that we had missed the promotion, but the young man that was working behind the counter tonight was so incredibly patient, thoughtful, and really went above and beyond to deliver incredible service. Very refreshing, and a really great experience. I wish that we had thought to grab his name before we left! Thank you!

Went to grab a smoothie around 8.30 and it was already closed.
I randomly stopped in and was pleasantly surprised with their food. I ordered an acai bowl. It was delicious. It literally is a taste of heaven on this earth and it's good for you too. Their dining room is nice also. Ladies at the counter were welcoming and very helpful with picking out from all the options they have . It's a wonderful place . My daughter loves it too.

Worst experience today at the drive thru. Bad customer service, condescending attitude from employee at drive thru. I told her from the start my order was just made and I thought it wouldn't be ready yet. I was told there was orders ahead of mine, and it wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. Ok no problem I asked for a refund. That's when the attitude started from the drive thru employee. Repeating we can make it, she said give me your phone. I thought she was going to see if my order went through. Then she proceeds to go through my phone. No one was in the drive thru, or even inside. So why wasn't I given a refund when I asked? Instead I got a nasty experience, and the manager seemed to it off when I complained. Never again will I spend my money there. I wonder what the company's policy is about asking customers for their personal property and going through their phones. Worst experience ever.

I went through the drive through right before they close at 8:59 when you say the store closes at 9:00 it should close at exactly 9:01 there is no reason why I was refused service. I am very upset and I come here everyday there is no reason why I couldn’t get service and be their last customer fast.
