Staff is nice, store is clean, I always order online and rarely have to wait. They really move a lot of product through this location. I prefer this location over the one in Fishkill because this one has better parking/access and is larger.

Jules made a very delicious Strato Frapuccino Strawberry Macha. She is also very polite, and friendly. I will give her 5 starts for her excellent Barnstable service. I suggest you should visit Starbucks at Walgreens Falls.

It is currently July 17th, 2025–the middle of summer—and they are completely sold out of Summer Berry Refreshers up until next summer. What in tarnation is going on?! I wanted my frickin’ refresher with the popping boba to sooth my senses after a rough night of allergy-driven slumber but had to resort to an acai refresher. I am very disappointed in everyone for getting rid of this drink not even half way through the summer. :(

20 mins of waiting in line and they are out of brown sugar at 12 pm. What a waste of time. Stock up on items that are popular. It’s that simple. So frustrating. You would rather apologize for the next 11 hours than paying attention to inventory. Need to run the store a little better than this.

I order when I get there inside the store. I use the gift card payment as it provides two stars 🌟 for every dollar instead of one star 🌟 when paying with a credit or debit card. The star accumulation is faster to get Starbucks merchandise this way.
