Ordered 2 scrambled eggs with 2 plain pancakes. Said hold the home fries and substitute a cup of fruit. Added 2 sausage links. Price $17.00 ! The fruit looked as if it had been cut and stored in the frig since the summer, eggs were dry. Waitress told me I was charged for "the platter" which is 2 eggs 2 pancakes and home fries...thats it - never again. I can go to eveready diner and order an eveready breakfast platter 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, sausage AND bacon, and home fries and toast for $13.99 and its delicious. Better yet if you wanna spend 17 bucks on breakfast get the eveready steak and eggs that also come with home fries. You will only spend 99 cents more than the "platter" made at mediocre level kitchen experience from the pancake factory.

My family & I were shopping in the Galleria the evening of 12/14/24; my daughter had been dying to eat at the Village Pancake Factory, so we decided to try it out. The restaurant was pretty empty yet there was no one to greet us as we walked in, we stood at the entrance for a bit finally heard someone ask how many I responded then someone came to take us to a table. As we walked to our table I noticed about 3 to 4 "employees' just standing around not doing much. When we're seated the table and seats are dirty, there's food and eating utensils under the table; simply put it was disgusting!!! My daughter looked at me & we both just walked out as we were leaving we hear a sarcastic "have a nice night". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I was quite upset as my daughter was really excited to finally eat here & what a letdown!!

We were seated and sat for 25 min and no one even acknowledge our exstiance! It's not like they were busy.

I will never eat here again. Me and my mom ordered I got the burger and the burger had no flavor was really disgusting. My mom ordered a steak and eggs and in the middle of her getting ready to eat after cutting up her steak. It was a hair in the food they replaced the food and brought it back, but it’s still charged us for the entire meal rather than having a courtesy to discount the meal and then The staff proceeded to be a little condescending and you sarcasm when you mention what had happened with our meal.

As someone with a disability I was very upset with my experience. When I got to the restaurant I was sat next to other people my service dog went under the table as she is trained to do me and my daughter were ready to order when we were told we had to move, the server said the manager wanted us to move just in case anything happened Because of my dog..
When I told them that they can't ask us to move because of my dog that's discrimination I would like to stay where I am.. The person then went back to the manager..
My server came up to me and was ready to take my drink order when another waitress told him that the manager wanted us to move..
I told them I did not want to move but felt like I was being forced to..
I have extreme anxiety and this is very very humiliating and upsetting.. we were then set in the back of the restaurant away from other people being segregated and discriminated against...

The service themselves were great but the manager amy.. herself did not want to come speak to me herself..

It's experience is very upsetting and disheartening and someone with a disability should not be discriminated against or segregated away from other people because of their service dog...

I then contacted the owners of the establishment with my concerns because of the laws being broken.. And they double down about allergies and they did not want to seek a resolution and gas lit me the whole time.
It's very shample for a business to discriminate to get someone with disability well there is reasonable accommodations for someone... I did not ask for them I was happy and comfortable where I was and I should not have to move because someone's allergies or feelings.. legally I am in the right and I will be seeking legal action.

Gave me burn toast and refused to refund me because the toast comes with the meal. Didn’t get the logic. Poor customer service the food is okay but pricey. Positive there are better places for breakfast nearby.

The food is FANTASTIC & DELICIOUS. The service was amazing and the menu is extensive. I had a special request and my email was promptly answered and their response was very accommodating and understanding. I don’t underused how anyone could leave a negative review of this place. I will return for sure!

We tried this restaurant for the first time today. I’ll start off with the entrance. One of the waiters was smoking, couldn’t tell if it was pot or a cigarette, either way… a turn off. When we walked in, no one was there to greet us. The drink bar was backed up and took about 20 mins just to get our drinks. The server, Samuel was exceptional. He has phenomenal customer service and was pleasant to work with. The place looked a little dingy and dirty but I also understand that it’s a high traffic establishment so that tends to happen. Now the food…. We were really disappointed. My husbands gravy and biscuits and were not good at all. The home fries were bland and not well done as asked. His eggs were not cooked as ordered. My scrambled eggs and my daughters were runny in the center and the home fries were the same as my husbands. I was really looking forward to having a nice Sunday brunch with my husband and daughter today, and had hopes that this cute named establishment would deliver. Unfortunately not this time. I will give them another shot, because it may have been an off day. Thanks Samuel for the great customer service.

They burnt my chicken and I asked for a refund. I was told I couldn't have a refund and the next sandwich would be burnt as well. Iris who has long braids was very rude and instead of trying to help the issues she just kept basically saying I don't know what to tell you. The manager eventually came out and I ended up getting another sandwich but Iris ( if that's even her name) should consider working somewhere that doesn't require customer contact.
