We recently discovered Tomas’ ‘BBQ Crew’ food truck and have never experienced such delicious BBQ food!!From the brisket to the dry rubbed ribs to pulled pork… every meal is a delectable delight.We’ve catered twice; once for Father’s Day and everyone is always so blown away by the food; the taste, texture, smell and quality.The Cole slaw is quite possibly the best and cleanest I’ve ever had.. no thick Mayo mess; it’s crispy and crunchy.Deeelicious!!!

I couldn't find where on google to leave a review for the BBQ Crew food truck so I'll leave it here (same owner?).Best BBQ I've had in a long time if not ever. The brisket melts in your mouth and was juicy. The fries are really fresh/crispy. They go good with the hot sauce they make. Corn bread and coleslaw were good too.I look forward to trying their ribs. Oh, the guy running the truck was really nice.

As usual, we had a great experience at Tomas. The food was amazing and the drinks were great!!! Staff is super friendly too. Will definitely return soon.

The finest in food, service, atmosphere and hospitality. Tomas and his staff greet their guests warmly and you get that personal feeling that they are glad you came. The food is extraordinary and delicious. They have my highest recommendation.

Didn't know what to expect when I decided to try Tomas. My only regret was not getting there sooner! Wife loves Tapas & I love Bbq & this place does both at an elevated level. The Restaurant itself is Beautiful & The Staff only compliments the Dining Experience. Great Drink list but the Food is the Star. Would think that a place that serves Tapas, Bbq & Indian food would be be a hard thing to pull off but Chef Tomas & His Wife Lynn did it Next Level! My wife and I weren't even done with our dessert and we were ready discussing when we were going to get back to try the Indian. I know it won't be long that's for sure!

My first time here and I have to say the Tomas Tapas Bar & Restaurant experience was so welcoming. The ambience perfect with candlelight my favorite way to dine. Very romantic vibe for couples and great for families too. The food menu was diverse something to satisfy a variety of palettes. Every dish was a gastronomical delight especially the Tapas foods( plenty to choose from) to start before the main entree from the Charcuterie and cheese platters, deviled eggs seem to be a very popular never a miss with that. My son who is extremely picky about his food loved the smoked pulled pork tacos. And my birthday boy tried the Tuscan clams, grilled jumbo shrimp and his favorite hangar steak. Menu is available on website. Of course I had to get the Churros and creme brulee for dessert. Also might I add my fig cosmopolitan was amazing! Great beers that come in a generous glass. Great wine menu as well. The barperson, Colleen was super nice as well and the host and owner and chef Tomas was so friendly and very attentive and had time for a little joke too. The hostess waiter was wonderful as well. Just a great staff and great service. They also have a dining garden area in the back too. Next time on a sunny we will eat there. Note: for main dishes they have seafood and meat dishes soup du jour, "specials of the day" & I hear their brisket is to die for.

My family surprised me for my 60th birthday, I can't say enough on the service ?The owner was a gem ?The food was very good ?You must try their house made chorizo and their Oysters were very fresh.We left their fully enjoying our evening ?

What an absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was incredible and the owner and cook is one of the nicest and sociable people I have ever met.Everything was cooked perfectly with flavors that’s blew away everything I knew about food. The pastrami was simply falling apart. And deviled eggs were perfect and the rest of the meal was phenomenal. I don’t think you could ask for a better place to eat. I definitely envy anyone who can eat here often. Since I’m visiting from Texas I’ll have to get my fill of the food while I can. But please make a stop and support this wonderful family and restaurant.

Got food from an event. Macaroni and cheese was so good. Pulled pork and bread was delicious but the cheese on the sandwiches tasted processed and a little salty. Overall food was yummy

The macaroni was to die for. Chef was extra friendly and the food was enjoyable. I don't think i would have the cheese on my sandwich next time.

My first time here and what a great place. Food, service and atmosphere, were fantastic...the owners engagement with us at our table was a nice touch. Tomas is the most incredible chef you will ever meet. He is so kind, caring and really listens to whatever you envision for any small or large event. We had my daughters intimate birthday party here last night and he made a custom menu for us with the most incredible brisket that he made us. We had garlic broccoli, baked beans, Caesar and creamy balsamic vinaigrette, scalloped potatoes, coke slaw, pickled cucumbers, Mac and cheese and so much more. Everything was TO DIE FOR. So much flavor and so beyond fresh and beautifully presented. Every single dish had the best ingredients you could just tell!! You will not be disappointed in anything you order at this restaurant. Tomas and his wife and entire team are so kind and comforting and we loved every experience we had with them! We will definitely be coming back and catering from Tomas for all of our future events. It does not get better in the Hudson valley than Tomas’ restaurant!!! THANK U TOMAS !!! We love you and your amazing restaurant!!

Dietary restrictions: We don’t eat port and Tomas made sure nothing we had any pork products in it! He’s the best and so beyond thoughtful!!

Our waiter was so sweet and nice. Very personable but not to much. I have 4 stars and not 5 Bc our first round of drinks seemed to take a bit but didn’t ruin our experience by any means

Great food! The staff is very attentive and friendly. The bartenders are fabulous! The crème Brûlée is the best by far!!! I come at least once or twice a week and am never disappointed!

I am very picky. The food and the drinks here at Tomas were all excellent. Legitimately one of my favorite places in Dutchess County to relax where I'll get consistently good food. The flavors are complex and on-the-money!
