We are from out of town got there at 1205pm the sign says closing at 1 pm. Seen numerous people seated with no food, and an open table, seen a sign please wait to be seated so we did for over 10 minutes still no acknowledgement. Decided to leave. Not good customer service! Will not stop back through as we travel a lot through the area!

This is hands down the best breakfast in the area. We stayed in the area while snowboarding at Gore Mountain, and I wish we had found this place sooner. The chicken and waffle sandwich was amazing.

I have grown up in Warrensburg my entire life and this place has been a staple. The food is always delicious, kind and inviting staff, and a warm atmosphere. I was able to visit last week after some time and it was still just as amazing as I remember. Growing up in the restaurant business, it’s so nice to see a place that continues to put out quality food with a smile. Do yourself a favor and check it out if you haven’t already. Thanks Shane and staff, you brought back wonderful memories and I’ll be back sooner than later this time!

Luck-e-star was my first ever job (and one of my favorite jobs) I’m going to start off by saying these reviews regarding the homeless are very false and these people go by a Facebook post. The owner of this restaurant is one of the most caring and humble people that I have ever worked for. He puts his customers and employees health and safety first. i was involved in a situation and the owner was right there and ensured my safety and well being every step of the way. This homeless man was provided a warm place to stay and given coffee for HOURS for 2 days straight and then began panhandling elderly IN the restaurant. I’ve been to restaurants in the city and Brooklyn that wouldn’t even let someone who is homeless walk through their doors. How would you feel when you are trying to enjoy your meal and someone comes up to you and starts panhandling?Take it from somebody who has worked here for multiple years and has had personal experiences, this is a great restaurant and a wonderful place to take your family to have a meal. The food is out of this world and is as close as you will get to a nice home cooked meal compared to other restaurants. Don’t let other reviews take over your opinions. I 100/10 recommend.

So I decided to take notice that the owner instructed his staff to nit allow anyone to pay for another customers meal which only had enough for coffee and a tip so upon looking into this I was blocked spoken to poorly and never in my life have I seen a establishment that tells you your not aloud to buy someone else a meal because they have poor hygiene un real and after 34 years of eating and getting ice cream hear will NEVER go back

Service is friendly and on top of their game. When in Warrensburg or the area, and it is time for breakfast or lunch, Luck E Star is the place.
