The absolute best maple syrup you will ever taste, made the right way. It has such a wonderful maple flavor and not just sugar like some other brands. We stopped by randomly during the off season and came across Bill and Joe busy in the sugar shack. They were so kind and helpful and we were able to buy some syrup right from them. They were nice enough to explain the sugaring process and gave us some local food recommendations (you must try Oscars Deli) and even let us tour the sugar shack though they were clearly busy. They taste every batch of syrup themselves and only put out the best of the best, which is exactly what you taste. I’ve never had maple syrup like theirs and I will continue ordering from NJ! Their maple candy is also stellar. We will definitely come up during maple season to try some pancakes! Please give this place a visit, buy some syrup and candy, and support!

These were the best pancakes I've had in years. I could have eaten them with just butter since the flavor was so good. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a 4 pack of the maple sugar candies and they didn't last more than 30 minutes. Yummy Oh...and the syrup was excellent too.

Great maple sugaring place to tour! Folks did a great job of showing off their facility and processes. Also had pancake breakfast there as well… highly recommend if you get the chance to swing by their facility

We had an amazing start to our morning with a delicious pancake breakfast at Valley Road Maple Farm. The pancakes and sausage were delicious and the girls gave out Maple Sugar House Coloring books for the kids. We ran into some friends while we were the and then took a tour and enjoyed the entire tour and the Maple Sauna experience inside the sugar shack. What a wonderful day even in the rain. Thank You.

Visited here for the first time this morning. The pancake and sausage breakfast served with Valley Road Maple Syrup was delicious. We also toured the building where the syrup is made...very interesting to see the process.
And of course brought a quart of syrup home.

We love this farm and hip hip hooray for the new pancake house! We have been here 6 years in a row now and look forward to maple season! There are so many farms around this area and in years past we have hopped around. Now we just go to this farm because for us this farm has it all and we love meeting the staff, learning about the maple production and seeing the land! Two thumbs up from our family!
