Great place to go to learn all about maple syrup and pancakes! The facility is run so well and I loved listening to the process of making maple syrup. I will go back again, really nice spot for families.
The absolute best maple syrup you will ever taste, made the right way. It has such a wonderful maple flavor and not just sugar like some other brands. We stopped by randomly during the off season and came across Bill and Joe busy in the sugar shack. They were so kind and helpful and we were able to buy some syrup right from them. They were nice enough to explain the sugaring process and gave us some local food recommendations (you must try Oscars Deli) and even let us tour the...
These were the best pancakes I've had in years. I could have eaten them with just butter since the flavor was so good. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I bought a 4 pack of the maple sugar candies and they didn't last more than 30 minutes. Yummy
