False advertising you say your hours are as follows for the drive through 6-12am and I just went to 2 different locations and both drive through window access are closed!!!!! Bullshit better change that so you don’t have mad customers

My order is a ripoff. I ordered a large meal and obviously a large meal shall come with a large drink but you guys gave me a small. Nobody specified that I needed to say large drink it should automatically come with a large drink if I have verbally said a large meal and the fries did come as a large and the drink shall as well. This is a ripoff. This happened not just at your location but every location I went too. So, who’s ever working the counter they need to specify the drink will come as a small. I will also be filing a complaint on your company website. This is common sense and true facts.

Ridiculous never gets orders right. Asked for no bun gave me a bun with a receipt saying no bun. And asked for a coke and was given a lemonade. Idk if these are new workers but it’s insane how many times they screw up simple requests. If you want McDonalds go to Batavia they actually hook you up.

Absolutely disgusting. The 10 minute wait wasnt the bad part, watching them give our food to the vehicle in front of us only to have it's occupants rifle through it and discover it didn't belong to them was. Which they then took back and gave directly to my wife. Went I went in to have the burger remade due to the thermal paper being INSIDE IT, I was told they didn't hand my food to someone else and that I was wrong. McDonald's what's your policy on this? Isnt this considered a health code violation?

Horrible service if you go in nobody takes your order and you sit there and wait and if you go through the drive through it takes 15-20 minutes cause it’s always so busy
