They don’t cook the food, it’s always ice cold. The service is super slow. And they just throw things together and then dump it all upside down in the bag. This place is terrible and nobody should ever eat there.

They take 20-30 minutes to complete an order normally. Today it took an hour to get my order correct. First they didnt give half of the food, then when they tried to remedy that, they gave me the wrong food. Then finally I got what I ordered. I ordered online as well so an hour to get my order is absolutely ridiculous. It would've been faster for me to drive to batavia

What a joke lol. They had none of the nacho fries fries, no chicken, no fruit to make the agua refrescas, and the dude at the counter was a prick about it. Maybe you should have a sign inside the restaurant for the items you’re out of instead of having to say “‘no” or shake your head to every single thing you’re asked for. Or maybe just don’t do customer service if you literally hate serving customers lmao

I really, really tried to give this place a chance since I'm a local and all we've ever had is a Mcdonald's. But this TB constantly and consistently undercooks their food, leaving it cold in the middle. I stopped going when it got to the point where, upon ordering I would NEED to remind them I need the food hot and not cold in the middle EVERY SINGLE TIME and even then they kept screwing it up. Don't bother.

My order is never right and they always forget the drinks. The wait time is always at least 30-45 minutes for a little bit of food. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, the staff, for some reason, always seem confused about orders. This location needs help
