I really, really tried to give this place a chance since I'm a local and all we've ever had is a Mcdonald's. But this TB constantly and consistently undercooks their food, leaving it cold in the middle. I stopped going when it got to the point where, upon ordering I would NEED to remind them I need the food hot and not cold in the middle EVERY SINGLE TIME and even then they kept screwing it up. Don't bother.

Currently sitting in drive thru after I had said I was here over 20 mins ago. Only one car ahead of me has left with food in these 20 mins. There are 2 ahead of me. One at window and one ahead of me. Longest wait

My order is never right and they always forget the drinks. The wait time is always at least 30-45 minutes for a little bit of food. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, the staff, for some reason, always seem confused about orders. This location needs help

40 dollars for small 12 tacos family box , is outragous , small greasy left me unsatified and mostly disapointed that i spent that much and was still hungry .

They had no water that day. They couldn't serve rice or drinks. Should have had a sign on the doors saying that. Also should have given discounts for people that ordered regular drinks and got bottled water. My order had 3 drinks coming only got 2 bottles of water cause they ran out. They should have went to the store next to them and bought sodas and bottled water. They definitely dropped the ball. Also tacos were stale they both broke into pieces the minute I bit into them .
My husband placed an order on the mobile app for our family tonight. When we arrived to pick it up we were told they didn't have any rice we asked if they could substitute something for the rice. We were told to cancel the order and request a refund online. We reordered our food without the items we could not get. 3 items were online exclusive and there was no way to get them. The staff was friendly but I feel offering a substitution for one missing ingredient would have been much easier for everyone. There should be an update in the app that will tell you when an item is not available.
It took 30 minutes to get my food. Nothing difficult. They need some management help.
