this taco bell is the most consistent and friendly location i've ever been to. every time you order, the food looks like it does in commercials. can't say the same about any other location in buffalo.

Got screamed at by one of the employees and eyes rolled at because they messed up my order and I kindly tried showing them what I was talking about and they rolled their eyes and huffed and we’re just completely rude. I’m just not gonna eat here anymore if you don’t like your job, get a new one, don’t be mean to the customers.

This aTaco Bell (I Think) is the best one because they treat you as if you are the most important customer there and it doesn't matter who you are.Vegetarian options: If you like a taco but just don't like the meat just tell them and they will make it without the meat no questions asked. Very accommodating and totally understanding. I love it here.

I don't often eat fast food, but I've had Taco Bell a few times in my day, and my expectations are generally pretty low. However, this place is 1) clean 2) friendly 3) makes delicious food.I've been here twice, both times I went into the clean dining room and used the kiosk to order. Both times, it came out accurate and delicious.I don't think this location deserves the hate. Maybe try going in and using the kiosk if you continue to have issues.

I feel bad giving a 2 star review, I hope this location can get some better management/organization! Since the time this location opened they have missed at least 1 item per order approx 85% of the time, and they never have a way to comp you for it. It seems to have just gotten worse over time. We were so pumped to have a TB near us so I do hope they can get their ducks in a row and improve operations!
