Honestly best coffee shop ever no matter what location I love Tim Hortons. I love the refreshers in the summer I especially love the raspberry peppermint refreshers they were my favorite hope they come back again. Love the donuts too. I also love the red velvet cold brew they have every winter so good.

I went through the drive-thru this morning. I ordered a dozen donuts and requested 4 vanilla dipped and didn't get a single vanilla dipped. Then I also requested a loaded breakfast wrap with both sausage and bacon. I get home and discover a wrap with bacon and only bacon inside, no cheese, or sausage or egg. I am very disappointed and you may have lost a very long standing customer.

Did my first Delivery for food to be delivered to my house. Food was cold, ice Capps didn’t have the ice in them. Estimated time when I ordered was 45minutes. It took 1hour 30minutes to receive my order.

Consistently good service with a lot of long term staff which leads me to believe there’s a pretty good work environment for staff. Alway quick service and the few times an order was wrong they rectified quickly without questioning.
Many, many, many on line complaints. This place COULD be an asset to our town. Unfortunately when staff is consistently rude (not so at Geneseo, Batavia, or East Aurora). One can only surmise that in Warsaw employees are not trained. That would be the owner/manager’s fault. One might well guess that he/she doesn’t know how to smile, be welcoming or accommodating either. So how are these neophytes to learn appropriate customer service without guidance of expectations!? I’m not the only customer, that’s more often than not choosing elsewhere for my two coffees per day habit. Warsaw’s loss.
Blah food. Reasonably good coffee. Couldn’t care less, dour faced, charmless staff that’s not interested in recognizing they are so important to success, theirs and the business they’ve chosen to work for.
