Why does the grill shut off 30 minutes prior to closing..15 minutes I understand but I called and 2:32 and was denied..but I've working in service industry and have been sat a table at 8:55 and we closed at 9..sooo okay don't make some extra money.

Ordered the last bagel and a sandwich. Looks as if a “regular” came in and ordered a bagel minutes after my order was in. As my food is being made girl comes up and says oops looks like we’re out of bagels. As I was standing there watching you take the one I ordered and give it to someone else. Very very unprofessional. This is the first review I ever left on Google I couldn’t believe what I was watching them do.

This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever tried. I ordered an omelette, which is pretty hard to mess up. I don’t even know what was in it but it was nasty. Took a bite and threw it out. Never again!

I usually don't write bad reviews but I think because I was so looking forward to a good egg sandwich I felt I needed to. It was probably the worst I've had. Chintzy is a compliment. One slice of bacon, barely even noticed there was cheese on it and just altogether bland, TINY and not worth the money. Skip this place and go to a deli if you want a real NY BEC sandwich.

Bagels are a hit or miss. Staff is not very friendly & have gave me the wrong order several times (always put SPK even when I never get SPK). One time I had a really good bagel sandwich from here.
