We, too have a love hate relationship with this place! Surprisingly we still order in hopes that we get something correctly made. For the past year, the service and food has sadly gone down in quality. The young staff who make the food seem apathetic about how the food is prepared, not caring about customer satisfaction, as if they don't seem to care about their jobs. There is a sense of rush and disgust in their voices when we call in to order, as if calling in our order is a burden for them. We have been going to this place for years and want to continue however it's difficult when you start your day off with breakfast that isn't up to par.

I usually don't write bad reviews but I think because I was so looking forward to a good egg sandwich I felt I needed to. It was probably the worst I've had. Chintzy is a compliment. One slice of bacon, barely even noticed there was cheese on it and just altogether bland, TINY and not worth the money. Skip this place and go to a deli if you want a real NY BEC sandwich.

Bagels are a hit or miss. Staff is not very friendly & have gave me the wrong order several times (always put SPK even when I never get SPK). One time I had a really good bagel sandwich from here.

There has only been two times in my life that I couldn’t eat something because of how bad it was and this was one of them. I feel bad writing this because I’m sure they’re good people but this place should close down and become another bagel place. Great location but the cream cheese was sour, the bagel might as well come from the frozen section. The ShopRite in the parking lot has better bagels then this place.

My husband when in and got two bagels with cream cheese. Cream cheese tasted sour, like they squeezed a lemon. I called the place to see why it was sour, and they said, I don't know. I threw it away because I didn’t want to get sick. Please don't order cream cheese here. I read others' reviews after, and it says the same thing about the bagels

I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and with only one everything bagel left right as I was about to order a phone order came in and snatched the last everything bagel. The person working there hardly seemed apologetic. I an a local resident of Warwick and would go there at least once a week. I will not be going back.
