We love coming here for the ice cream and the view, especially at sunset. Two scoops in a homemade waffle cone on a warm evening is heavenly. Thankful it's a short ride up the mountain for us and we can enjoy it often.
We love this place so much, we arrived early and waited half an hour until they opened. One of our top 3 places for ice cream in NYS. Along with Boyce Bros. In Kingston and Battenkill Valley Creamery in Salem.
The view is what brings us here cos I feel there are other local options that are just as good (if not better. I'm not a fan that there are few flavors without chocolate. Still a place to bring friends & family visiting from all over the country.
