We were in the area visiting for the weekend and had heard this was a great spot for food and drinks. While the food was delicious, we had an overall disappointing experience due to our lackluster service. Our waitress (Ashley) was nowhere near engaging or pleasant at any point in time. We had a problem with one of our drinks and she was quick to blame the bartender and immediately walked away - no attempt to get us a new drink or many any sort of amends at our clear dissatisfaction....
The food here is excellent but the service needs a huge upgrade. Most of the people are not very friendly and always seem overwhelmed. Disappointing because their food is so good but the service makes us not want to return.
The service was very good and the drinks came promptly. The food came timely so we were able to enjoy each course without feeling rushed. Food was well prepared and presented. The portions were generous and very tasty. This was our 3rd visit and we'll definitely be back.
