I have lived in the area for 25+ years and have driven by the little sign on Route 1 pointing the way to this little gem thousands of times.Thanks to a New Years resolution to eat at every place I have never been to , I made reservations for the Crystal Inn.Its been there for @60 years and is kind of a local institution.First of all the prices are very affordable when compared to the Warwick restaurants that act like they are in NYC with their crazy prices!Five of us went out...
Our first time to visit this quaint local Inn. We tried an inexpensive meal to check out the chefs fare. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food although when we requested a rare cook it came out medium rare. We intend on returning to sample other interesting items on the menu. The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating with repeated visits to check on our needs.
We’ve eaten at the Crystal numerous time over the years and it never disappoints. The quality of the food is on par with any of the other fine dining establishments in Warwick, but the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed, and the prices are quite affordable for the quality of the fare. Also some of the best take out pizza available in Warwick. Highly recommend!
