They treat their employees badly and then when an employee quits and comes in as a customer they get treated horribly and are told how horrible of an employee they were when really the reason they quit was because of poor management

The overall worst dunkin’ in orange county service is poor and for a chain restaurant where everything is premade the food still comes out bad, service is slow and sloppy and the atmosphere is unprofessional the last time i was there the employees were loudly insulting another employee behind there back while there were multiple customers in the store. The drinks all come out very bad the coffee taste like it was made with dirty water and the refreshers are either too watered down or they have so much added flavor to the point it is almost un consumable. The managers clearly don’t train their staff and pay little attention to how the store is run if you are considering this as a first job i advise against it since it seems like a terrible experience. This store is employed with a bunch of bully’s and provides an unpleasant environment for costumers.

This Dunkin was dirty. The counters were sticky and the bathroom was dirty. I ordered three drinks and when the server placed two on the dirty pink counter, said my number and have a nice day. I told her there were supposed to be three. She said oh yeah, you will have to wait. I had to wait another five minutes and there was unit one other customer in the store.

If u want to have your day completely ruined, you’ve found the place. Not only is the staff rude but the manager is always yelling at the employees and stressing out. A larger, Caucasian, girl with glasses was extremely rude with a sour look on her face. My hot coffee had coffee grinds in it and tasted like brunt rubber. If u do consider coming to this establishment, go during a later time because the closers are often very nice. Feel bad for those kids.

The Warwick Dunkin needs a new manager, it has gone downhill rapidly in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty, toilets soiled& toilet paper holder broken& spread on floor . Urine on the floor, etc. Management problems? Several mos ago it was a clean & decent place.

Please retrain your staff. They don't understand simple things, like bacon shouldn't be cold and covered in white grease when it's served. Close down for a day or two and actually teach them something.
