I pre-ordered and prepaid 3 dozen donuts. Since this place has a long waiting time I purposely requested the order be ready at 6:00-am. When I arrived at 6:40-am they did not have my order ready. I had to wait until they finished other customer orders so that they could start on my prepaid order. What the point of doing this ahead time?
This caused all sorts of delays for my morning.

I swear this has got to be the absolute worst dunkin I have ever seen smh we doordash from here pretty often and every time it's bs they never put the lids on the coffee correctly so most of your coffee lays in the bottom of the bag food is always burnt or cold customer service is not a thing in this location whoever they have managing this place needs to be trained again or replaced if you can go anywhere else

We have repeatedly had issues with the service at this Dunkin. There have been multiple times we have ordered food and instead of telling us they are out of the certain product, they just give us a bag with our other items and say nothing to us about the missing items, until we have brought it to their attention and then they let us know they are out of that specific bagel or donut etc. My drink orders have been wrong more times than right. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

Can this Dunkin’ get any worse? This has got to be the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. Poor food selection. Long waits with bad service. Newly renovated: tear it down there’s no atmosphere.
From now on I’ll go to a cafe in town or Florida for the closest Dunkin.
Close the Warwick Dunkin for good or start over with new management and staff

After waiting 15 minutes for a black coffee that supposedly kept brewing and getting my donut order wrong, I decided to leave without any of my order.
Lots of HS kids behind the counter more focused on chatting and socializing among themselves than servicing customers.

Update, Nov 2025:
This DD is dirtier than ever, leaves, straw wrappers on sticky floor. No straws. Young employees just stand around instead of cleaning or restocking anything. They need to be trained how to do stuff besides make the drinks and food. Shame on the management. (The employee who was restocking and occasionally mopping apparently isn't anymore.)
Older Update: I have seen a slight improvement w dirtiness of this locaion. There has been an employee re-stocking more often and sweeping the floor. Rugs still nasty though and service is still quite slow.
This DD had a renovation but still needs some experienced supervision. The young workers are doing the best they can with beginner experience, but overflowing garbage in and out on a regular basis, wrappers and napkins on floor, too loud music, straws and such more often empty than filled, too long wait times for in-store & online order-ahead purchases, all indicate they need a supervisor to help guide and oversee what should be priorities to maintain an efficient, clean and inviting store. It isn't just about being able to make the signature products, the store itself needs attention too. It is too bad because they could have a great business, but they are losing customers by allowing this stuff to continue(just read other reviews)

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Been past two Friday mornings ordered online 40 minutes prior and coffee still wasn’t ready. Left both times. Even prior to this coffee tasted horrible. The staff that worked there suck, they look miserable and dirty…
There’s a reason this place has a 2 star rating. It would be quicker to drive to the next town over than waiting all day for your order here. Not sure if they make the coffee bad on purpose or if they’re actually that inept. Putting syrup into iced coffee is not that hard. The employees are also scrolling on their phones as they take 2 business days making your order.

First near the garbage inside it stinks like an ashtray. Not the 1st time this happened at this Dunkin.
Server was nice though.
I ordered two iced coffee’s…….my wife and I weren’t even sure it was coffee. Either the coffee was burnt or something else was in the cups. Undrinkable to say the least. A complete waste of $8. Additionally, there were three people working and I was the only customer…….why would the place look such a mess??? Clean the area by the napkins, throw out empty muffin trays, make the place presentable for someone to want to come back. We will NEVER be back to that Dunkin.
