First time and last time customer don’t know how I got charged 15$ for a medium coffee, one wake up wrap and 4 munchkins, please try better

Lady named Maria is so rude towards me and the employees.I was getting a drink and a few food items and she isn’t even paying attention to what I’m saying when I was giving her my order, she is talking to the other employees while I was trying to talk to her, and after my order is ready I told her this isn’t what I got and she told me it was what I asked for which it was not.I told her I wanted a refund because she kept arguing with me saying it was what I asked her which wasn’t at all what I had wanted.She kept raising her voice at me literally yelling at me , also rolling her eyes at me.I asked her for the manager apparently she was the manager which she really shouldn’t be if this is how she treats her customer’s.She said she could give me what I wanted from the beginning when she was not paying attention to me and as she was making my drink I could hear her talking to herself saying how that’s not what I got and cursing and she is also very rude towards the employees saying how they did something wrong like she doesn’t herself and cursing again she really does not deserve to be a manager because this isn’t how you should be treating customers and employees.If your gonna go to a Dunkin go to the n elm location it has friendly mangers, and they take your order correctly.

The woman taking drive thru orders is loud, obnoxious and rude.Sitting inside to eat is very unpleasant because of her loudness and rudeness. Speaking loud and bossy to inside workers.Get rid of her.

If you order in the store and ask for less, expect to pay MORE for your drink. The extra half inch of product you'll get for using less ice will cost you the price of a glass of water. My father is 84 years old, we get him a large refresher. It takes him at least 6 hours to finish the drink. By that time because of ALL of the ice in the cup the drink is VERY watered down. There is one employee who is determined to make us pay for that water one way or another.

The miserable older woman that takes the drive thru orders should be fired. I was late for work already and she is lucky I didn’t go inside. She is always short and rude as hell. I feel bad for her co-workers since they’re sweet. Today is the last day I give them anymore of my hard earned money.

I went and they messed up my order twice in one visit, forgot my bagel minis despite being labelled on the bag and AFTER I WAS ALREADY HOME i had to go back as half my food was missing, they offered me a donut and than gave me the wrong one after asking twice. Would not go again.
